Yet again I am here writing a message due to the constant messages from this company about removing reviews.
They still do not acknowledge their wrong doing and continue to harass me years later.
Stay away folks!!! They steal your money and then harass you about it when you stop the payments.
It is a scam
It is a scam. I thought I was responding to an offer for some Lavazza coffee products and gave my card details to cover delivery. Suddenly Shaverbasics appeared and has stolen my money from my account. Despite emails to customer services they procrastinate and ignore me. I can only assume that the positive comments on here are fake.
I was assisted by Grace,she was so helpful and patient with me,although I came across as rude and abrupt....I applaud her for her empathy and being able to resolve matters professionally.
The teams fast response,I didn't have to wait long hours to get matters solved.Yhank you Grace for taking your time and effort to explain and dim the situation. I'm thrilled

It is now 3 months later and still i have received no refund, just an e mail every few days saying my refund will be in my account within 5 to 7 working days but still nothing. This company is lying as far as the go and i know i will never see my refund, they are also telling me to delete my negative review so my refund can go through. Why do I have to remove a review before I can get my refund?
I am waiting 4 my refund 4 about a month after I was told 5 to 7 days.
Poor service Since the 18th of march I have been waiting for my refund, every day they will send me and e mail saying my refund has been prossesd and i will receive it within 5 or 7 days this has been going since the 18th f March 2025.Now you are telling me if i dont remove the 1* rating my refund will take longer.
