Really happy with my new wardrobe from Sharps. It looks beautiful and has completely transformed the room. The whole process was smooth and professional.
A special mention to Danny Wade, who did the installation. He was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job, paying great attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend Sharps.

I had a first rate fitter to fit my media wall; Manuel Da Silva. He has done an excellent job and his attention
to detail was brilliant. A couple of sockets I had were out of alignment with one of my media wall cabinets and
Manuel move and rewired them to fit. He really is a grafter and his workmanship speaks for itself. To do all
the work involved himself in 4 days was absolutely amazing and when my TV wire was a bit short to connect
to my Sky box Manuel picked me up a new one. I cannot praise him highly enough and I would certainly request
him again. He tidied up every night and hoovered If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent (from the design through to the fitting). Communication excellent, people turned up when they were meant to and were polite and courteous. Special mention for our fitter Jurij Karpenko who has installed the bedroom perfectly and left the area spotlessly clean

Good quality under-stairs storage. Looks great and we can’t wait to fill it up!
Mark Tidmarsh did a great job of fitting it in. We were quite surprised at the amount of cutting and fitting that he had to do. The doors were already to size but the rest was really built on site. We are very pleased with the end result

You can have the best marketing in the world but the bottom line is the finished product. Neil excelled.

Delighted with the furniture, great service from start to finish. Our fitter, Nigel Dryland, did an excellent job and it all looks great.

An honest review after my first Sharps experience. From the initial appt with Ray Madden, followed by the surveyor (apologies no note of name) that recommended an alteration which I went ahead with (and absolutely he was right) to the fitting all communication, dates, times etc have been as promised, at no point have I had to chase anything. The house is old and a unique shape which made the fit out very challenging to say the least. A massive thank you to LEE KIRK as I can honestly say - one man, big row of wardrobes, angles all over the place and he did it in two days and they are absolutely PERFECT!

Take credit Sharps for having great and really nice people working for you that also have talent!

We are at the point of waiting for fitting. Needing some work done in the room beforehand.
But so far, the staff in Newcastle upon Tyne store have been great. No pressure, pleasant, made appointments, sent documents with minimum fuss.
Designer actually listened to what we were trying to achieve. Came up with a few ideas, gave us a CAD view of what it could look like, gave us colour samples etc etc.
Surveyor was not from our region, but was super attentive when we listed a few changes we wished to make. Measured up, did the drawings, adjusted to get the look we have been searching for.
Now we just hope that the fitting goes as well as the previous steps. If it does, we will be very pleased we chose Sharps.

Would have given 5* as a lovely product ( though expensive) but willing to pay for quality and peace of mind.
Hugely disappointed when after 3 years, I noticed the wardrobes leaning away from the wall by about about 2cm. Well peace of mind, they give a 12 yr warranty, don't they? In my experience not worth having, they decided because fitted on carpet, warranty not valid so I have to pay over £100 to get it put right. Nowhere in the warranty document do they mention this!!! Excuse came off the customer service person's tongue so very fluently, I got the impression they say this very regularly . If that's the case why don't they highlight it at purchase, though still surprised that its taken 3 years to settle on carpet, if that is the issue!!! (Over the years, Ive previously had 3 similar fitted wardrobes from other companies, also fitted on carpets, and never any issues!) Completely ruined my perception of this company. Won't be recommending them anymore.

Our installation was not completed as per the design due to the fitter basing heights off other bits of wardrobe rather than measuring it(?!?) and as they weren’t able to get replacement materials to us that week and we had already booked a carpet fitting the following week (learn from us and don’t expect even this premium company to be able to get it right first time) we have been left with a dressing table the height of a worktop and shelves too high to reach. Some of the poor quality job behind the dressing table even turned out to be intentional - tip: don’t trust your design documents you need to visit the showroom to avoid disappointment! This would also have helped us realise the dimensions of the shaker drawers are much smaller than appears on the designs we built with their salesmen, but again if you can’t trust the word of the man designing your dream wardrobes with you then what is the point of the in house visit?

When in contact with customer service about this they made it very clear our disappointment in the design vs reality disparity was our fault for not querying more thoroughly before purchase. Buyer beware indeed!

After continued efforts I was able to get a small reduction of the final payment in compensation for the install errors and mis-selling, and the wardrobes themselves are lovely so I cannot give the lowest rating, but I absolutely do not recommend using Sharps.

Exceptional service from start to finish designing the wardrobes to the fitting.
Everyone was professional and helpful spending time to make our ideas come to fruition.
The fitter Ronald Millers was a pleasure to meet and he respected us and our home.

Utterly appalling! We had many issues with the installation of our fitted office space - joiner cut the worktop due to a “dull blade”, drawers not working and doors not opening. Another joiner was eventually assigned to resolve the issues, 2 weeks later!

Our needs have changed and we have decided to reconfigure the room. I asked Sharps to come and quote us for the rework - I have chased 3 times and been told the request has been escalated to a manager. This query was opened 9 months ago! I have heard nothing!

The customer service is awful, there is no pride in the work and they clearly cannot be bothered to respond to customers, willing to part with their hard earned cash.

There is a silver lining here - we are ripping out the product and will never use this sub-standard bunch of amateurs again!

I had fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms and Damon and Kristina were amazing from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would and treated my home with respect and were extremely friendly and professional. When they left, all the rubbish was bagged and taken outside for collection and the carpets looked cleaner than before they arrived! I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. I love the end result. My bedrooms aren't the biggest but this has made a huge difference for storage in both.

The whole process was easy to use and communication was good. Dustin Walker fitted our wardrobes and he has done an excellent job. His craftsmanship shows as the fit is top quality. He was considerate, tidy and friendly. Really happy with the final outcome. Thank you Dustin and the Sharps team.

Dave (3053) built our wardrobes over three days - worked really hard over long days to get the project finished and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result.
