We really wanted to work with this company
We really wanted to work with this company since a family member highly recommend them. One of their employees met with us over the phone and gave us prices for different services like SEO and social media management. But when they sent us the proposal one of their fees was higher than he had said on the phone. When we emailed and called him to clear that up, he didn't reply. We waited two weeks with no response.
We still wanted to work with them so we called the main office number and they apologized. We were referred to a new sales man. We left a voice message for him and waited to hear back. It's been over two weeks and we haven't heard anything. We are now looking for a different company to work with since we feel concerned that they would not manage our accounts well.
FYI, I'm estimating the date of when my husband and I first contacted them.
