I booked return airport transfers for our family with small kids from Sharm El Sheikh airport. I received a WhatsApp message with all the needed information about our pickup. Our name was displayed on a board alongside quite a few other names. We waited around 15 minutes for our cab which was ok. I was a bit worried regarding our return to the airport, considering the negative review here so I WhatsApp messaged them the day before. Our transfer was confirmed, later our new driver had sent us his name and reassurance that he will be waiting for us at the requested time at the hotel. It was a kind lovely driver named Adam who collected us in a great car (it wasn't important for us but it made our ride super comfortable). Both ways we gave tips of £2/3 pounds (9km journey) which is appreciated by locals.
Sharm did offer us trips through WhatsApp, which I thought were good priced even cheaper than what the agent offered at the hotel but couldn't book due to our toddler.

Booked via Booking.com. They organised the pickup from the airport only to get in contact with us via WhatsApp to be able to sell expensive tours. And they did not show up to bring us back to the airport. No communication, left us to arrange alternative, causing us to be very late to the airport, causing even more issues, nightmare

The taxi ride (€200) was canceled at short notice by Sharm Wonders because they suddenly decided they couldn't drive at night. However, the money will not be refunded—only a voucher, which we will never be able to use anyway!!

Do not book a trip through this company! We booked transportation from Marsa Alam to Aswan and their driver never showed up. We messaged them on whatsapp and they claim our booking was cancelled when it was not cancelled. Their most recent whatsapp message even confirmed pickup for us. I asked them to send proof of cancellation and they did not, claiming their system had a problem to check the refund. So they refused to send us proof of cancellation, because our booking was never cancelled. They didnt make things right by sending us a driver either, so we ended up paying 11,000 EGY or $354 for the one way seven hour drive through another taxi company last minute.

I booked a transfer from and to the airport. From the airport was okay. But they never picked me up at the hotel to bring me back to the airport although it was a two-way-deal confermded via Booking and already payed in advance. HORROR! NEVER AGAIN! Arrived at the airport in last minute after waiting half hour and with an expensive last-minute-taxi... Now I am fighting to get my money back. This company is NOT serious. They organize the pickup from the airport only to get in contact with tourists to be able to sell them expensive tours. And they will not show up to bring you back to the airport.

The best place to find excursions and the best company to deal with. The went far and beyond to make sure they delivered. Fully trustworthy. The people they use to deliver the excursions are also A1. Not enough good words to say about this company.

We booked 2 different tours in Hurghada with Sharm Wonders. First one was a private quad safari as a family of 4, 2 adults a teenager and a 9 year old which was absolutely awesome! We were picked up from our hotel in an air conditioned mini bus and were dropped at the start of our trip where we were greeted by Omar. He sat with us, chatted with the children and explained everything. He got us water, sorted our scarves, goggles and helmets for the trip and talked to us about Hurghada safari and the Red sea desert. We had a little photo shoot prior to setting off on our adventure through the desert with our additional guide Khaled who knows the dessert and the terrain so well. We had a little break and a photo half way to our destination. We arrived at the village where Omar came over with water for us, sat us down in the tent provided and chatted with us about the local village and people living there. We drank local tea but opted out of the sheesha, Omar was able to answer all our questions and had lots of banter with the children, his English was excellent. We then had out camel ride and experienced some of the local talents at the supermarket where they were making sand bottles. We headed back through the dessert where our adventure ended... we needed cooling off and lots of water which Omar sorted. We can’t recommend this trip enough...We recommend doing it privately as a family instead of a large mixed group with mixed nationalities . Omar was amazing and really looked after us! He is such an asset to the company. Our second was a Day trip to Luxor from Hurghada by road, our driver Hamdy was excellent and our guide Marwa for the day was Aamazing who was a font of knowledge, from start to end there was nothing I could fault with this trip . I would highly recommend using these guys for such this Tours and taking the time out to do this trip even though it’s an early start you will be glad you went .Can't recommend Sharm Wonders Tours enough but simply, great trips, fantastic guides and professional service . Thank you Omar, Khaled, Hamy & Marwa for making it an amazing Holiday for our family in Egypt.
