Good, quick, knowledgeable support.

I've been a long-time user of ShareScope/SharePad from sharescope.co.uk and I'm quite satisfied overall. Navigating the platform is an engaging experience, much like being in a casino, with plenty of useful information and engaging features. Customer support has been excellent, providing fast and efficient solutions, thank you Michael and team. While I've found SharePad's user interface slightly different from ShareScope and lacking some custom functions, it still offers great features such as 15-minute delayed share prices and better analysts' insights. Despite a few minor disappointments, both programs are invaluable tools for managing investments and I wouldn’t be without them. 4 stars!

Thanks Michael for a fast solution to my question, enabling me to use Sharepad at a higher level. I've been a happy customer for many years, and use Sharepad for all my investment decisions, particularly keeping an active Watchlist.

I am a private investor and the software is excellent at keeping track of multiple portfolios with a mass of information to analyse stocks. It has given me brilliant visibility of the various forms of investments I have and and the information available is invaluable.

Friendly and clear guidance to overcome the update

I've used Sharescope for well over 20 years and found it a very useful tool for both holding portfolios and for researching shares. Last year I decided to try Sharepad, which is the cloud version, but it is markedly different in the user interface. I am a bit disappointed that Sharepad doesn't do a few of the functions that Sharescope does, such as creating a download to predict future dividend income in a portfolio (with the aid of Excel). I requested a few changes earlier this year but nothing has happened yet. But Sharepad has many other features, such as, in the basic version, 15 minute delayed share prices, viewing on any device (although the bigger the screen the better), better analysts' buy/sell views, better US reporting, to name but a few. I find I switch screens quite a lot, as opposed to Sharescope where I had built a single screen that showed everything I needed for an overview. But Sharepad has some excellent overview screens as well, plus many detailed ones. It's not as flexible in building custom screens but it can be done. Generally, both programs are excellent notwithstanding my moans above! I would not be without one or the other.
