Glad I donated shares to my three favourite charities via ShareGift. They were efficient and replied to my emails very quickly. I was surprised at the speed at which they dealt with the transfers without having to complete reams of paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

So much easier than getting shares transferred into the ownership of individual charities, which I learned from experience is not at all easy and can take an inordinate amount of time. ShareGift are set up as a UK Charity specifically to receive share transfers and they make this process so much easier and more certain.

ShareGift did a great job of receiving my shareholding from an online brokerage account- navigating some difficulties with the reluctant account provider - and also a fine job of disbursing the proceeds once they had sold it to my five designated charities, from large to very small. Their diligence in verifying the status of these charities was impressive and their controls seem first rate. The sum involved was quite large but it's my understanding that even quite small holdings can be handled in this way.

Sharegift have just celebrated donating over £50m to thousands of registered charities across the uk. And counting, now £52m! Many of the charities they have supported are local / regional that do not have a national presence. Pass it forward and make a difference.

As a large international charity, we have received a large amount of funding from Sharegift for over 20 years. We have held a wonderful relationship with them for many years and have always been grateful for their generosity.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other charity.
