Outstanding customer service. Morgan was extremely responsive and timely in fulfilling my request for a refill. Product is good and not greasy like the name brand.
Nothing good to say so far.
Been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 months. Will continue as it clearly states it could take 6 months before you see a difference. So far the only change is in the texture of my hair. I have thin, curly hair and my hair became dry, frizzy , fly-away and the nice curl is gone. My hairdresser remarked on how bad my hair had become and suggested I stop using it. The loss continues.

Auto renew
Auto renew - it’s really hard to NOT sign up for auto renew. I just got charged $168 for shampoo I don’t need and Shapiro won’t refund me the shipping costs. Pam, in customer service, basically said, "Too bad". She was rude and lacked customer service. Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!
