Delivery to the wrong address!!!!! No customer service!!!! No refund!!!! I am not a ping-pong ball. I am a human being. The minimum I expect is proper customer service.
I have been dealing with you, the delivery company, and the security team in the area where I live for almost 2 WEEKs trying to find this parcel. This situation is completely insane and it is NOT my fault — it is yours. The parcel is gone.
You contracted YODEL, not me. They have asked YOU to open a complaint. I CANNOT contact YODEL directly. They delivered the parcel to the WRONG address, the WRONG postcode, and the WRONG building.
