I saw that the picture of the original 3ply Mask box was sent to you before shipment and you were told that the packaging will be removed and packaged in a non-medical box to allow fast shipping as you mentioned that you need the delivery within 5 days. I can see that your colleague agreed to that arrangement as both of you were copied to that email. Please take a look and let me know.

Shaphargroup team are credible as well as transparent in their discharge of duties. My orders arriving at the said date and time are laudable gestures of the company. I will definitely transact again with Shaphargroup teams in near future.

Lovely experience

Lovely experience. I love there customers care service. I was sent pictures of my orders and how it's packed before it was shipped. Love all the PPE's ordered. The quality is great too.
