Great Custumer Service,Respectful and Professional.💖

The item I received was larger than other shape wear I've bought. I tried to return even put tracking on the package after reading others reviews about never receiving refunds. She has never reached out after receiving the package. I never received refund and turned this in to my credit card company. It's been 2 months

I order a fat slimming massager and I order one but some how to ended up in my cart but one was removed and I was pleased with that

Today I purchased two items and then noticed I had an offer of 25% off in an email and I emailed to ask if I could have that applied retroactively and Sheena helped me out today she was beyond polite and applied a credit to my credit card. Great company!
