We've reviewed your order, and ensured that you have received the correct product. Claims have been made that our website has "changed the product" in your basket, which isn't possible, unless user input is provided. We have sent you your original invoice (you can also check this in your own account section), you ordered Chemix GDA, and received Chemix GDA.
We have no issue with changing products, if the product you have isn't the one you expected, we can replace it, as long as the original is returned to us, unopened, and you contact us in good time. You have waited 10 days before contacting us, and used the product. Since you have opened your product, we can't offer a replacement in this case.

Lottery if product actually delivered
Ordered from them. They use Royal Mail. Provided RM say they’ve delivered it, then they won’t help you. And RM delivered it to some random address, no idea where. Paid money, no product, just told not their problem speak to RM.

We follow a strict process when investigating orders that are claimed as missing. In this case, we reviewed tracking, and can see that the couriers tracking information shows picture evidence of the delivery (image shows the package at a front door, being held by a person).
Of course, errors can happen. In the case of a missing delivery, that has been marked as delivered via our courier service, we follow a process that could take up to 10 days to complete. We ask that customers check with their neighbours first, then their safe places.
If the package is still not found, we ask that customers file a formal complaint with the courier, and send us any official reference numbers, we can then take it from there. We take all customer complaints seriously, and do all we can to resolve them. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.

Ease of ordering, really quick delivery good prices and a little discount for ordering multiple tubs. Also a nice free shaker and straps with the order, no complaints from me and will definitely be ordering from them again when I need more.

Damaged item, no response
I ordered 2x 5,4kg serious mass. One bag came damaged, ripped at the bottom. I sent an email with photos back asking about the resolution and no answer . Really disappointed , as I was a regular customer.
I got a replacement and some extra items plus 10% off for the next order so I am pretty satisfied with customer service.

Often, couriers can be rough with our packages, especially with heavy items like Serious Mass. If damaged goods are received, our customer service team handles this promptly, and issues refunds/sends replacements where needed.
I have spoken to our customer service team this morning, your initial email was sent after our opening hours on Friday evening, with a weekend off, and staff holidays on Monday, this email wasn't picked up until Tuesday morning. We apologise for the delay in responding, the customer service team will resolve this asap. We appreciate your patience while we sort this out.
Update: we can confirm this issue has been resolved, the product has been replaced, and we are awaiting return of the damaged goods.
