Got my wife a sterling silver bracelet with our son’s initial on it, and it honestly meant a lot to her. I also got her two necklace sets before our Hawaii vacation, and she wore them constantly. She kept calling them “classy and chic,” which pretty much nailed it. Just ordered her two more bracelets for the summer.
Really nice quality, simple but elegant, and easy to wear with anything. Definitely very happy with every order so far.

Terrible
My boyfriend ordered me jewellery from here last year in December a week before Christmas and it is now march 19th and I have still not received anything. He has contacted the place multiple times and they said they sent it to Melbourne when I live in the Gold Coast then they said they would resend it and refund him. They refunded him and said they ‘sent’ another package and it has not come still he has contacted multiple times and they said they won’t do anything about it because they can’t. It is poor customer service and they can’t even send a package to someone. Do not buy from this place unless you want to be waiting for months. They haven’t sent him even a tracking code or asked for his details when he got ‘sent’ a new package and they haven’t reached out or sent literally any information or saying your order will be here soon. There has been zero contact from them. They are terrible at customer service and I’m still waiting on my order.

For the grand price you only get a set for one ear
For the price I paid $57.00 then UPS makes you pay $37.00 at time of delivery for shipping. It is crazy. So you are paying close to 100.00 for earrings for only one ear. Rip off! I could go on Amazon and get earrings for both ears for that price!!!!

We completely understand your frustration regarding the additional UPS charges. Unfortunately, these fees are not set or controlled by us — they are customs duties and import taxes determined by U.S. Customs under the updated trade regulations introduced during the Trump administration.
Please note that this information is clearly stated on our website before checkout. All our international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), which means we also cover part of the shipping and customs costs ourselves. However, any additional domestic taxes or duties applied within the U.S. are beyond our control.
We truly value your feedback and hope this helps clarify the situation.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality. I’ve been in denial for so long, but this business is such a scam it’s not even funny. I’ve easily spent over $1,000 here over the years, and the products I get genuinely get worse and worse. Ex: I brought a gold necklace set and it got so tangled by hanging next to each other, that it broke itself apart. $120 gone. Not to mention over about 8 pairs of earrings have broken due to not being able to clamp anymore. Don’t waste your money.

My daughter purchased 2 necklaces (that I picked out) and when it got here it was so thin and the pendants were so tiny I could barely make out what it is. She paid over $100 and when I told her to return them they never responded to her email to get a refund. This place is a RIP OFF!
