I like the no waste shampoo bar. It leaves my hair soft and manageable. There is not a lot of suds but it still cleans well and is easy to rinse out. Lasts a long time.

I like the shampoo bars but question why 2 of the bars were packaged in plastic and styrofoam peanuts were used in the box.

I understand your point, as one of the advantages of Shampoo Bars is they consume less plastic. We can wrap the bars in paper in the future. We try to reuse shipping materials instead of throwing them away. The packing peanuts we used were reused from a supply order we received. Thank-you for your commitment to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! I seriously love it!
Used it once so far and I cannot believe how soft my hair is! I feel so healthy and smells so good! I do wish the travel containers are biggers as neither bar fits in them and I needed to use the travel containers right away.

I am still waiting for my shampoo bar, I order 2 weeks ago. It is still in transit.

Our records show that we received the order on April 7th at 8:14pm. The order was fulfilled that night and picked up by USPS the next day. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed departing from San Francisco, California. However, as you have mentioned it is still in transit. Please keep in mind that USPS Ground Service takes a long time to Hawaii from the mainland, especially from the east coast. We appreciate your business and hope the order will arrive soon.
