Prolonged transit via tracking, then said had been delivered, then when told not received, said lost in transit. Promised refund then never arrived.

Either way do not buy from them, waited a whole month just to be told items were lost by courier when the tracking saying it was delivered!
Then offering for another order to be sent out? LOL for what to me wait ANOTHER MONTH? it’s money laundry 1000% they don’t have any social media either and in this day and age that’s a red flag because if you genuinely were a brand you would want to fully maximise your exposure and make profit no?
Told them either send me my order via DHL fast track with proof of shipping or send me a full refund then they say we can send another order out and offer a 30% of your refund and I said no either send my order via dhl and send me a full refund as an apology!
