less then 1star bought a software it didnt work although i followed all the instructions. made a ticket and the one who handled it (the manager) was disinterested af didnt even try to help me just told me to do the same things i already did 200 times. also took forever to answer so when he first answered my ticket more then half of my license time was already gone. and u would think that after that they would atleast offer ur money back or give u an extra day so you can actually use the software but no. just got told that it was already to late and my own fault. scammers. (i dont know sha himself so no disrespect but his manager sucks and is disrespectful). 5 bucks into thin air.

I have bought here often enough, only really bad support, you always have to wait, it says on the site 'instant dilevery' which is completely wrong because you always have to wait a super long time because then it is out of stock, I have had this 4 times without any jokes, I will never buy anything here again because it says instant dilevery but that is certainly not the case.

This company is an absolute disgrace. They sell products that they don’t even have in stock. After paying, you’re left completely in the dark — no key, no delivery estimate, no response. That’s not just poor service, it’s deceptive and feels like fraud.

I contacted them via Discord, and just like everywhere else — no help at all. Then they had the audacity to simply close the support ticket, even though I never received my order. That’s not customer service, that’s ignoring your responsibilities.

Serious and professional businesses operate differently. If your so-called boss “Sha” — or whatever his real name is — can’t ensure that products being sold are actually available, then he has no business running a store. Shut it down before more customers get ripped off.

I’ve already submitted all screenshots and documentation to my bank. You can write whatever you want in your terms and conditions, trying to exclude refunds — but even your business is subject to the law. Certain consumer rights are not optional.

I’ll get my money back through the proper legal channels, since you clearly have no interest in honoring your obligations. This was my first and last experience with your company.
