old review - Customer Support Mark appears to be either uneducated or unqualified for his role. His English proficiency seems poor, and his attitude toward customers is rude. If Mark is unhappy in his current position, he should consider pursuing a different career path, perhaps one more manual in nature, such as street maintenance or pavement sweeping, where professional customer interaction is less critical.

When using this site to buy something through P2P, you’ll quickly realize that even though sites like CSGO.SKINS show it as the "cheapest" option, that’s far from the truth. I’m confident that if you find yourself in the same situation, you’ll deposit your money, wait the full 30-minute P2P window, and right at the last minute, the trade will be canceled.

I tested this three separate times with three different skins. In every case, the seller sent the trade and then instantly canceled it. Why? To leave you stuck with your money on the site, forcing you to buy an overpriced item. It’s an intentional setup.
What will support likely say? That it’s the seller’s fault, or that sellers “change their minds” — conveniently, only when it comes to selling something at a slightly lower price. Sure.

Do NOT deposit your money on this site. It’s a SCAM.

This is one of the best item trading sites for CSGO and Rust that I’ve ever used. The trading process is fast, and withdrawals are also very quick. I’m satisfied.

I deposited money on the site, and support helped me complete the action. However, after the deposit, my account was blocked from purchasing items, without any explanation, and I have not received any further responses from support. I opened a ticket a few hours ago and have not received any response yet. I simply demand the right to purchase the item I deposited money for, or my money back.

besides all the problems, from my behalf, the support team was really into helping me, at the moment i cant say too much , but will come back if there s something +or- to say about

Sold my skins no problem, went to withdraw my balance and come to find out the "payment processor" does process payments on weekends...ok i asked then to cancel it so i could do crypto instead, but they told me id have to wait for a response from the processor. Ok... FOR WHAT! If they dont process payments on the weekend money should have never left my account and cancelling it should be just one click away. But nope waited all weekend for this "response" that never came. When Monday came, asked so wheres my response, agent said still waiting be patient, are you kidding me. I WAD PATIENT! Its now 830 on Monday and still no deposit. When does processing a payment in 2025 take more then. 15-30min max to go from one account to another. Either get a new payment processor or id tell customers to STEER CLEAR, their are better and faster sites to sell your skins. Ticket number is Request #44996

Yea thats the problem, shouldn't take 5 days to complete a withdraw this day and age, and when i asked to have it cancelled so i could just do crypto instead, i get the run around about waiting for a response from the processor when if they dont do processing on the weekend then why even if i initiated a withdrawal, you should have been able to stop payment instantly. Its all been a bunch of bs. And why my rating is the way it is and is going to stay apparently.
Update 4/8/2025: Still have yet to receive my payment, By far the absolute slowest payout of any site ive ever dealt with. And with the fee they charge, should never take this long. Every other CS2 trading site has instant withdraw, expect this one, yet the fee you pay is the same, and sometimes higher here with the slowest payout in the business. If your reading this do yourself a huge favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! If you like feeling like your back in the dial up era, then this is the spot for you.

SCAM WARNING! My Skins Disappeared!

I recently tried to sell my skins on ShadowPay, and I completely regret it. After depositing my skins, they just disappeared—no sale, no money, nothing! ShadowPay basically stole them. Here’s my experience and why you should NEVER use this site:

1. Skins Deposited – But Gone Without a Trace!

I transferred my skins to ShadowPay, expecting to sell them for real money. However, once the deposit was completed, my inventory was empty—my skins were neither listed for sale nor in my ShadowPay account. They simply vanished.

2. Customer Support Ignores Complaints

I immediately contacted support, but they either ignored my messages or gave automated, unhelpful responses. No real effort was made to fix the issue or return my items.

They won’t tell u but they have a lot of small “rules” that they don’t tell u.
If u withdraw money from hellcase they will take a fee and then shadow pay won’t let u withdraw the rest of the money cuz they have a “rule” that u must have sold something on shadowpay to be able to withdraw MY money.. this is so disgusting..

DONT USE SHADOWPAY!

Selling is easy like buying, low fees so everyone can enjoy items fast or make profit trading.

RE Poshmark. Their system is not compatible with USA system. Support agents demand debit cards and request screenshots of bank balances. Nonresponsive to chat after being threatened lawsuit.
