It took about 27 days from placing the order online to the umbrella arriving at my rural NSW address, and I did have to follow up with both Shade Australia and the freight carrier to track its progress. That said, the umbrella itself is absolutely worth it—top quality materials, sturdy build, and exactly as described. It’s far superior to typical patio umbrellas from hardware stores. This is my second purchase over the past three years, and I’m really glad to see the product quality has remained consistent. The only area for improvement would be the logistics, as I experienced similar delays the first time as well

Absolutely Excellent umbrella had mine for 8years and still in just as good condition as the day I brought it. It is well used and we use it all in all weather conditions. Well worth the money. Just brought another one for another area.
