I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order! I placed the order, paid and didn't receive anything, I contacted their support and they said they would send another one or make a refund.
Neither one nor the other, they said the refund would take 10 days. It's been more than 1 month and nothing, not even emails, has been responded to.

I absolutely love this whole line. It’s your one stop shop for hair care to skin care, and the GUA SHA is such a game changer. I love that everything is pretty much natural with no extra ingredients added.
