A disgrace of a company. Ordered a push up board over 60 days ago. Have still not received the item and they have stopped replying to my emails. SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolute waste of time. Ordered some resistance bands on 1st May. They have been 'on their way' since the 14th May. It has been over 2 months and I have heard nothing!

Ordered my resistence bands on the 30th of April. Still not arrived 70 days later. Get the same rubbish as others on here. A generic copy and pasted message that other users seem to have received. Google the company....its a 20 year old gent from the UK running this. Absolute scam! Will be speaking to my bank as clearly never going to receive my item. Looking on maps....its run out of a bloody garage at the guys mums house! DO NOT order from here.

Awful company do not order from them. Still waiting for a delivery 3 months later. Customer service make false promises and orders don’t arrive.

I'm not happy ordered the fitness board in April and I still don't have the board I understand the covid situation but were coming up to half way threw july. I've been emailing kade he as been replying reassuring me but enough is enough. I Emailed kade yesterday and asked for refund waiting for a reply ☹

I had waited 45 days from ordering push up board. I have just had an escalation in my favour and a refund issued by pay pal due to company no answering to anything. I bought the same board from Amazon and was delivered in 2 days. Avoid this fake company

52 days waiting for yoga mat, it was for present for my sister...10-39 days delivery because of Covid-19...crap...
PEOPLE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS DOESN'T EXIST SGSSUPERSTORE... it's SUPER waste a money only.

Absolute scam!!!! Ordered a yoga mat 75 days ago and did has not arrived...they told me I could have a refund if it hasn’t arrived in 65 days....yet now they are not responding to me! Disgusting company!

Shocking company- took 37 days to arrive and instead of the product received a £12 customs charge from the post office, despite the website saying free shipping and tax included!! So product is no longer good value. Customer service never reply. Avoid this company!!!!!

As everyone else states don’t order from these it’s a scam.

They take the money and the goods do not arrive. Reported to PayPal but they don’t even respond to PayPal complaints. Hopefully PayPal can force the refund after a certain amount of time - fingers crossed they’re closed down soon and I get a refund that way because the product certainly isn’t coming

Absolute scam. Ordered something on 21 April, and as of 02 July, I still haven't received it. Will be reporting them.

AVOID BEING FRUSTRATED WITH THESE PEOPLE. Like many others I thought this was a uk shop, I can order rubbish from China myself. Im still waiting for a set of kitchen knives that I thought would take 3-5 days. I emailed after a week and got a reply blaiming covid 19 for their problems, the post office and couriers have been brilliant and dont deserve that! Avoid this company, Im never going to use them again, if my knives ever arrive my expectations on their quality is as low as it can get. Having read other reviews its just cheaply made Chinese products made to look glossy on your screen.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Deceptive advertising (they do not say things are shipped from China on their website and they do not say it will take so long to come.. if ever.. Still waiting for a yoga mat ordered 41 days. I could have got 2 from Argos for the price of this one and in half the time. Emails from the customer service give the Covid excuse. Shocking company.

Absolute shambles! ordered a Yoga mat in on 11th May and it still hasn't arrived. I've now been waiting 43 days since I had an e-mail telling me 'good news, your product is on its way'. If you e-mail the company to get information you get standard response templates which don't answer the questions you've asked. They say once shipped it is no longer their responsibility. So they take your money and then can't tell you when your product will arrive, and won't guarantee its delivery and if it doesn't arrive (as mine hasn't) tough luck they won't refund you. So essentially you can order something from this company, they'll happily take your money, but if the product doesn't arrive....back luck you lose

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam and the tracking number is fake. Try and get a refund through your bank if you can. The products will never arrive!

Their deliveries take between 10 + 39 days you only find this out when you have ordered. It took 48 hours to get an email response and when you ring the number they are not interested. Still no goods & no information. You also can not return anything. avoid.
