We had both bamboo and conservatory blinds fitted throughout the house three years ago. Just after the guarantee period ran out, we began to have problems with the pull cords that support them with both fraying to the point of breaking. SGS arranged for their repair at great expense but now only after 6 months or so the cords on the repaired conservatory blind are starting to fray and one of the fixings keeps popping off. This despite our hardly using them as last time we were told that that the fraying was caused by the way we opened them! We emailed Greg and Susanne over three weeks without response.
Would not recommend SGS blinds nor their products to anyone.

Very professional set up. Greg quick to come and measure my windows. An order was placed and just a few weeks passed before blinds fitted and in sue. Excellent service and great product. Stylish and functional. Very easy and charming people to deal with. Thoroughly recommend SGS shutters and blinds.

Suzanne and Greg offer a brilliant service from your home, which meant when choosing fabric colours for my curtains I could compare with the room they were being fitted in. I love my wave curtains and would not hesitate to use SGS again

Sad to say that although impressed with the initial work done by Suzanne and Greg, the fitting of blackout blinds in the bedrooms left significant gaps where light was able to enter and others were able to see in (a problem only apparent at night - the fitting took place during the day) The same style of blinds fitted on the ground floor do not have the same problem. On revisiting to examine why I wasn't satisfied, I was informed it was my fault as I should never have asked for that type of fitting in a bedroom (surely if unsuitable you don't actually fit them?) however they would try to find a solution. They left, they have never returned and not made contact since.

Today we have had our conservatory blinds fitted. From the moment Greg and Suzanne came to us for the first time to show us suitable blinds we knew we had chosen the correct supplier. Within hours we had received a very professionally produced quotation including diagrams and delivery schedule. Once it was all agreed installation was made on time and the quality was excellent. We have not doubt that when we need blinds in the future we will be returning to them.

Super happy today as my day/night shades were fitted by SGS. The shades were fitted professionally, quickly and we were shown how to remove and replace them along with information on taking care of them. I will be calling them back for shades once my new patio door is fitted. Highly recommend for professionalism, quality and customer service

Suzanne and Greg were a pleasure to do business with. They were professional efficient and above all really knew their product. I am a single bloke, picking the right curtains and blinds is not one of my primary skills. Suzanne gave me sound suggestions , Gregg got on with the measurements and then nearly two weeks ahead of schedule it was all ready to be fitted.
