My journey started on 11 Dec 2025, total value 15,984 Euro, an online order for shipment outside EU. I was asked for 50 % advance payment, luckily, my app allowed for only 5500 Euro once. Bank transfer, no later claim possible.
A pair of speakers and one amp, brand new, had to be delivered. Endless correspondence, promised shipping mid Jan 2026, then moved to start of Feb, finally canceled. Five times the shipping date was changed. I asked 3 times for cancellation and a refund.
Update: One week after my initial review, I received my refund, and I promised to change my review. I am removing most of the negative details but maintaining the overall feedback.

You need to be very mindful and not ask too many questions. One question too much and you might hear a phrase like "Take it or leave it!". It is better to trade with emotionally stable sellers.

I ordered SVS SB1000 Pro SW from SG Akustik and contrary to the recent negative reviews, it worked perfectly for me: The shipping was fast UPS, and came in a day within Germany. All I did was a phone call to follow up my order status and voila, it went very smooth. Nothing to say about the product and packaging and overall communication, top!
