Absolutely love my new Ceasar watch. It's made to be durable, useful and its super stylish. Fits well on my large wrist. Love the additional digital clock and alarm features. Overall, happy with my purchase!

Since the company came under new ownership the customer service and shipping has been next level. S-Force still makes the highest quality, durable watches. I've been loving these watches for many years. Highly recommended. My watch always gets noticed.

I found these guys on IG and gave them a shot. The watch looks great, came in a sturdy case, and seems really durable.

I workout/work/do yard work with it and have had no problems/haven't gotten any scratches on it yet.

Took advantage of the black Friday sale and bought 2 awesome s-force watches. Jessica on customer service was fantastic. And I received the watches within 1 week. Highly recommend thus company.

Awful customer service. If something goes wrong or a part breaks they just don’t care. I’ve owned a few now and although they do look impressive I would take your money to any of the numerous better companies.

Just got the Khan today and absolutely love it!! The design is sleek and looks clean, it pairs well with everything I wear. The company has since changed management and the turn around time is a lot quicker now for delivery. No more waiting months for your order. I got a tracking email same day. Also, there are a lot of reviews about customer support being terrible but they have hired all new people and are a lot better. Every contact I’ve had with them has been nothing short of pleasant. If you’re hesitant at all just reach out to support using there website chat option and see for yourself! The shift in management was much needed. Big things are coming for this company and I will definitely be buying again. Got my eye on the Napoleon right now :)

I purchased a watch for my husband’s birthday and it was a huge hit! Looks even better in person.

I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time so I contacted customer service and they said they ship in 24 hours. Sure enough, it shipped the same day as ordered, plus it arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. So needless to say, we are very happy.

I have one of their watches and the clasp pin broke. I have back and forth with them for nearly a month via email. STILL NO RESOLUTION. The watch is still under warranty and he insists that I pay for the pin plus shipping which I even agreed to do but they refuse to send me the email to pay for it. My guess is that they do not have the pin to replace and just waiting for me to go away. I could probably find it local but I WILL NOT. Its principal now. Back your word or stop selling your garbage..

As the reviews below mentioned about wait time, it was true because they were experimenting with a pre order business model but now this year 2022, they've switched back to an in stock business model and now there is no complaints! Great looking watches, normal shipping times. Huge improvement for them and glad to see they are back to normal shipping times!

I purchased a VIP Swole watch from these guys a few years ago. The watch has stopped working altogether and outside the warranty. I cannot get a watch repair person to touch the watch because they might need parts only the maker can provide. I contact SForce and they don't even have a repair dept. So I have a broke down expensive watch with no resource to repair. Hot garbage...thanks a lot!

Well contrary to what others have said the watch arrived promptly. However under the 2 year warranty having taken the watch (Model Thunderbolt) to have the battery replaced the jeweler had great difficulty removing the screws - took 50 minutes. On replacing the battery and securing the back with the very poor quality of screws he advised that it would be highly unlikely the screws would ever be able to be removed in future. Contacted S-Force customer service attached photos as requested. Reply came back saying the issue had been passed to their Technical Department, yes you've guessed correctly not heard a thing. Avoid this company at all costs product may look good but underneath its cheap garbage.

Ive been waiting for my watch since march and the excuses just keep coming.

I bought a watch from them earlier when they were swoleoclock and I liked it.

But now their website says November delivery for my watch, but I have been waiting since March. This is clearly not custommade - this is just an excluse to hold your money until they dont deliver.

Buy somewhere else unless you have money to waste!

Update - Got my watch 11 month after ordering!!!!
