Criminal scammers as shown on latest BBC Report and court cases where they were found to be charging over GBP 700.00 to cut a key which is bollocks and GBP300.00 to clean a wheels bin and GBP 128.00 to change a couple of lightbulbs.
Anyone who thinks they can charge these kind of numbers is genuinely NOT FIt for purpose to exist in a society. If I were to meet these people I would unleash the wrath of me upon them and they would be running into the sunset screaming!!!! Period!!!’

Terrible, amateurish decorating work which they've failed to fix after two attempts. Deceitful too, lying about what they've done. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Shaun and Ben did turn up on time and gave (I believe) an honest inspection on my roof. However, I was charged £420.00 for 30 minutes work their manager Joe Shwekey said that I had to pay for the travel to and from my house and as a good gesture they put some mastic in a few holes (this is what the Shaun felt might of been the issue). I did ask if we could agree on a fairer price. Joe refused to amend the cost. I am very disappointed that money was more important to them than providing a fair service. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else!!! Also on paying them my bank could not confirm their account/business details).

SFM was totally professional and provided an excellent service. All staff of the company that I had contact with were polite and informative. I would recommend them to all having this type of work done on their house.

Avoid if you can.
I have emailed ‘Joe’ several times and never received a response.

Paid over £13000 for a new roof arranged by our managing agent Eagerstates, even though we didn’t want to use this company.

SFM refused to work on our property until I removed a previous negative review. I did, as I had to get the roof fixed for fear of further damage to the properties in my block.

The roof was finally installed by Feb, with work starting in Nov. SFM turned up as and when they wanted for a few hours at a time. All this time, more damage was happening to upstairs flats.

March - the roof failed and we have leaks.
We have no photos of the works or confirmation of what has been done.

This appears to be a phoenix company that hires inexperienced and not very good contractors that Eagerstates loves to hire. The photos on their website are stock. I had to deal with them in the past and it was not pleasant as they charged 900 pounds to 'repair' a door that ended up ruined after few weeks. They also seemed to remove my google review and their positive reviews seem very suspicious.

We had Eagerstates/Assethold contract SFM for multiple pieces of overpriced work on our block of flats. On our most recent service charges, SFM submitted photos of invoices for work that was never done and horribly overpriced. £1,000 to cut overgrown weeds, remove debris, and repair a crack in the wall.The provides photos of one weed and a single plastic bottle on our front steps. They submitted an invoice for an assessment confirming that both the front yard and back yard have concrete slabs. Even though they can't confirm this without access to our backyard, and we never granted them access to our backyard. For this work they invoiced £ 780 for confirming that the slabs in the front yard are indeed made of concrete. They submitted invoices that claim the window frames were repaired. The attached photos show the windows as they always have been and are still covered in dirt and grime. Invoices state that defective seals were removed, paint flakes removed and window openers and latches oiled - which cannot be done without access to our flat since the latches are inside and we've never granted them access to our flat for this they charged us £1840.... Despite our complained Eagerstates/Assethold continue to contract them

We were unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of several pieces of work delivered by SFM over the last year (organised by Eagerstates/Assethold).

Every single time they send contractors who are wholly under prepared and end up delivering botched jobs whilst charging the maximum price they can conceivably get away with.

Avoid at all costs and work with skilled local contractors who care about the quality of their service instead.

I contacted them back in November about a leaking roof. They have quoted £495 plus VAT over the phone for a standard repair - replacing 30 tiles, mastic sealant etc. On site it turned out the roof needs further investigation as it is in worse state than expected. The investigation took over a week due to bad weather conditions and by the time we got a quote our client arranged another roofer - so we have never seen the quote from SFM. The communication was good during those days, they seemed honest and seeming to genuinely be taking the time to provide a thorough, honest and affordable quote.

Excellent communications, prompt and polite and good standard of work. Good value for money

Polite, clear, efficient. Roofers who came to fix our leaking roof were good at communicating, helpful and friendly. The company did a free survey for us and their drone survey clearly showed the breaks and cracks in our roof that needed attention.

They were responsive and honest. Couldn't solve our issue as it related to the skylight not just the roof - but they were honest about that and didn't try to charge us for work that wouldn't help.

Excellent service from Superior Facilities Maintenance Ltd. Very professional company, take their work seriously and want to do a good job. Certainly felt looked after as a customer, the team responded immediately to any queries I had. Did a very good job investigating and repairing a leaking roof. Best value for money quote and no hidden extras. Would confidently use them again and highly recommend them. They know what they’re doing.

We needed some emergency roof repairs, the team arrived bang on time, very professionally explained what needed to be done and got on with the job. Once finished they sent me photos of their work. A great team!

I contacted the company regarding some urgent repairs I needed on my building. They responded in a very professional manner and provided a quality service at a very good rate.

I called the sfm team and they arrived the same day in the afternoon. They cleared the guttering and roof of my house of vegetation, moss and debris. There were no hidden charges. SFM stuck to the exact quote I was given before the works begun. The team is coming back next week to do some more work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

This company was established in January 2022 and appears to be a company associated with Eager estates / Assethold and get nominated contracts for repair works that they do not seem to have any accreditation to do e.g. Fire Safety Upgrades. When requested, they are unable to provide any evidence that they have experience, accreditation, customer testimonials or evidence of previous works. This leads me to believe there is something dishonest happening here. There is no way of contacting this company directly unless it's through ES who refused to cooperate with legitimate requests for evidence.

We used this company for some emergency repairs around the house. Communication was fantastic, with an updated time of arrival so I could make sure someone was in. They were also very prompt (came the next day!!) and sorted out all issues in a timely manner. We were very impressed. After the work was completed, I was sent detailed photos to ensure I was happy with the job. Overall, a lovely experience using SFM for maintenance repairs.

Just used This company to build a shop! Wasn’t a simple project. They don’t waste time and really don’t mess around! A timeframe is a timeframe. They’re fast and efficient and the quality is unreal! Everything is done to the most professional level and they’re staff are also lovely people. Important to add is that they’re price is a price. Not like your average builder who charges all the extras after. Genuine down to earth men and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job; quickly/ efficiently and quality.
