I paid a whopping € 2668 for opening a company. Never opened and to date they have not yet refunded my money. They are scammers. I'm suing him, stay away.

SFM has proved again its excellent reputation.

Salvatore (SFM account manager) has provided an awesome service, delivering all as promised, always supportive and helpful. Its look like its a scam scheme they will not do anything for you and only take your money.
They do not refund my money.

Well, SFM is an ordinary scam. If you see a good review think twice...
I paid them Euro 960 on June 17, 2021 and today is July 8, 2021. No company, no refund, just blah blah blah, our legal department blah blah blah...In fact, that is their illegal department...Have already reported them in Geneva Police, in Dubai Police, and now prepare a case with the top commercial law office in Europe. Until I see these scams in jail.

Shameless company, not professionals at all.
I have requested a full list of fees for the renewal of a Company which was due, and they sent me an invoice for half of the fees.
Once they received the payment they sent another surprising invoice stating that the initial bill was just for a previous year and they needed to cover new kyc charges.
They deliberately hide some of the fees and in this business transparency is key. Stay way.

It was way beyond my expectations. An extraordinary experience.

Hello

I had ordered a company in Panama, I sent the documents to the address that the lady gave me.

The documents were valid for a few months, but the letter was returned in error, the address was not correct, so I marked the exact address I was given.

Results I ask for a refund, I am told that out of 1000 € I can only be reimbursed 600 € ... And a few months later I was reimbursed 0 €

48 hour company is a lie

I strongly advise against this company. There are much more serious companies. I am extremely angry with SFM

This company are an absolute disgrace. I dealt with a gentleman called Raul. He advised me of the best route to to take. I then sent the funds following his advice. I was then told that it was not possible. I then asked a a full refund on three occassions however was ignored. I then looked around and have seen the reviews. Please keep away from this company. I believe they are buying reviews on Feefo. I asked for a refund. A lady called Kirtee was trying to talk me into another jurisdiction I told her in no uncertain terms. I did NOT want to so this. I simply wanted my money back. I was then told it would take 3-4 weeks for this to happen. Please do not go near this company - disgraceful. I relied on Feefo review- when I should have looked at Trust Pilot - which shows how this company operates. Stay clear I warn you. Thanks

If you have found this review before buying from SFM please please please read carefully this review and others. SCAM WARNING. SFM is a sophisticated scam operation. The type that knows how to walk the fine line between legal and illegal activity to avoid prosecution. Their hook is having a website designed to look very professional and to inspire trust. Sadly, the SFM website looks very legit. One warning sign should be that they use Feefo reviews to gain your trust. I got suckered in this way, and I'm sure many others have too. You might think Feefo is just another review system. It's actually a system where SFM can invite the customers they want to have reviews from. And in fact they can just write the reviews themselves. That's why they have perfect raving reviews on Feefo, because it's not a public review system like TrustPilot and others. I paid for a Panama Company Registration with SFM. Immediately afterwards I started getting their emails requesting documents which were badly formatted communication, they used classic scammer language like "dear sirs" and "kindly send us this and that". For over a week every email I sent to them bounced. Finally that issue was solved. But still I wonder why do they rely strictly on email, when their website appears to have a login for customers. They never gave me access. During the time my emails bounced because of errors with their mail servers, they kept asking me for documents. Asking me for documents even though there is no way for them to receive documents because their email does not work. I simply do not trust SFM after seeing how disorganized they are, so now I have sought a refund through my bank. It is quite likely I won't get that refund, so I'll be joining the hundreds of others who report losing their entire payment to SFM.

UPDATE: after requesting a chargeback from the bank against the SFM scam operation is still trying to keep the money by denying the MasterCard chargeback.

UPDATE 2: In the reply here SFM does what it does best, openly lying blatantly about the situation while trying to keep the money they stole. My bank is still processing the chargeback and SFM is still refusing to give back the money they stole. It's really frustrating when thieves argue with you about why they steal. You steal because you're criminals working at a fraud ring, technical issues have nothing to do with it.

I ordered the incorporation service of a new company in St Vincent for my business.
SFM on their website at the link they advertise that the incorporation will be done in 2-3 days ONLY UPLOADING DIGITAL DOCUMENTS (it is clearly written on the page)

The 2 of march (early morning) I paid for the service.

I sent all the documents requested by SFM on the same day of the payment, uploading the documents on their website just after the payment.

The day 3 of march, they written me requesting me the documents again.

I sent again all the documents required for the second time, immediately, all the set as requested.

The day 4 they requested me that was required to send by post original of the documents to their offices in DUBAI.

I Knew already that it was not true, not required, digital documents are enough for proceed with the service.

This was an over request that would have delayed a lot the delivery of the service, and damaged my business for an amount of thousands of dollars. Note that in their website this detail is not provided before to pay, on any part of the advertisment and purchase process. NEVER.

Furthermore I have the proof that original documents shipped by post are not required for deliver the service, because since I was out of time with my BP and in order to avoid to get damaged from thousands of dollars, I contacted another agency, they confirmed to me that original paper documents weren't required and the job could be done in 2/3 days just with digital documents sent by email, the same documents that I sent previously to SFM.

Since I couldn't waste my time and we were out of the timeframe advertised from SFM, and again I want say that the delay done from documents sent by post would have damaged me for an amount of thousands of dollars and it was unaccetable request not justified and this information was not give before the payment, (and it's not a secondary detail) I had to pay another agency for do the same job the SFM should have done but they didn’t.

I sent to to the new agency EXACTLY THE SAME DIGITAL DOCUMENTS I SENT PREVIOUSLY TO SFM and the next days I had the company incorporated without any issue.

This is the evidence that the request of SFM to have original paper documents before to proceed with the service was an over request not justified and they just didn't want to deliver the service on the time frame advertised for a reason that is not my fault.
I therefore tried to explain them all the story, and requested a refund.

They rejected my request.

I want specify that I've not just lost the money paidfor the service, but I still have to calculate with my legal department the whole amount of the damage that SFM done to my business.

I will reserve the right to take a legal action against this scammers that not only rob money from people, but also damage the business of enterpreneurs.

2- CONVERSATION WITH THE SECOND AGENCY
3- FAST DELIVERY FROM SECOND AGENCY AND COI of the company with date stampe on.

Stay far far far away from this people, they will try to take all the money they can and in the while they will destroy your business without any care of you.

As you can see they advertise only digital documents and they advertise company registered in 2-3 days.

The initial email come only after the payment. AFTER THE PAYMENT. INFORMATION MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE THE PAYMENT NOT AFTERT THE PAYMENT! Provide AFTER THE PAYMENT crucial informations that change totally the service payed and totally differs from what advertised on the website is ILLEGAL!

2000 usd lost with SFM: Once you make their payments..no way to get any money back (neither paid service invoices!).

They "did not accept" official documents sent by official institutions in Spain, so I lost the money and no invoices were ever sent by the services that were paid.

NEVER use this company.

My name is John, a Financial consultant and Oil and Gas broker. We paid this company roughly 5000 Euro, for a service they were unable uto perform. Till now they never refund us,and they kept quite. I have sent several calls and emails, no response.

At this time of Pandemic, your office should do their best to be truthful...." people are going through hard times"...

Note: We were issued invoice and we paid for the invoice on 15/01/2021, today 15/02/2021, making it a month since we make the payment to your bank.

Our account have been debited and yours credited and you are saying, the fund is on hold by your bank?

Why not show your bank the invoice, that was issued to us? Every compliance questions have been answered, and your office kept quite without responding to emails and what's app calls.

If, you can't do what you promised as per the order which was invoiced to us, then refund the money, to enable us try another vendor.

Don't use our money as block funds, and hide behind flimsy excuses.

We will use every legal option available to us to seek redress and demand compensation for bridge of trust..

complete SCAM. they owe me money 16000 AED. their lawyer in Geneva messaged me that I will receive a refund but their DUBAI office is just threatening me that they going to sue me if I continue calling them scammers. Once I send my bank account details for the refund I never heard back from them. They are not replying to any of my emails. I have already notified Dubai Police Department and Swiss authorities!
