I received my order exactly like in the website and clients services is very helpful

Ordered a product on June 6, with "guaranteed free shipping in 4-7 days". SferaUfficio only sent out the product after 12 days. Another 12 days after the package was sent from Milan, I am still waiting for it from Bologna.

After cancelling my order before shipping, and having a problem with Findomestic, the customer support has been kind and responsive to solve the issue.

I have placed a order the 31/12 and it showed have to take 3-5 working days to arrive: It's just arrived better then I've aspected !

Just today I wrote them because the order from their web site showed that the order was not yet managed, I was worried. I suggest them to better shows their information on web site ...

Very good customer service, I would recommend it if you don't need things urgently. Overall good experience.

Shipping times are way too long... I cancelled my order, the refund process was way too long as well. Stay away from this company...

Edit: Refunds can ben done instantly. Why to wait four days. This is not my first refund, I know how it works. I had to remind you twice.

Shipping times are way too long, but customer service does their job. I came to this store for the good price: I bought a pair of headphones (Jabra Evolve 65 for 220 euros), the store promised to ship them in a period of 4-7 days. As the shipping tracking number wasn't available 4 days after completing my purchase, and based on the bad reviews I read from this store, I was really worried and contacted customer service to see what was going on and why they haven't sent me the shipping number. They answered right away and were really attending and professional with me, and assured that the shipping was going to arrive soon. Long story short, the customer service was great, responds quickly to resolve my "problem" and I finally got my tracking number after 6 days of purchasing the item. The item arrived 12 days after the purchase (and not in 4-7 days as they promised). So I'm giving 3 stars for this

Very disappointed order status complete after one day change status shipping we,ve waiting until now period one week not receive notification email or this website order status no show delivery tracking number so I have decided sent email canceled this order, I'm lucky I didn't pay only payment directly with delivery couriers. Never back this!

A very disappointed wife who failed to receive one of her Xmas presents. A portrait lens ordered on the 4th December 2018.An email on 13th December from Sferaufficio following my e mail of complaint that they would be sending the lens on the 14th. 8 working days after the order. However, following a complaint to Paypal, rather than send the lens they refunded. Did they ever have this lens in stock when the order was made? Something we will never know!!!!!
To use this company or not? I would not recommend and I was surprised that they had achieved so many stars. The final choice is yours

Best price on the market. Well packaged. Though the delivery time could be improved, it was fine.
