I had bought a product about a year ago for custom css and I accidentally messed it up recently. Not sure how to repair it, I connected to Paul via Chat on the website. I was not expecting to actually get someone on the weekend so I was super happy there was a real person on the other end. Paul was so patient and was able to see the problems with my coding on his end and help solve them. I so rarely have success when "chatting", so it was true pleasure to have someone see a problem through to a successful ending.Thank you thank you thank you!

I was nervous about installing the extention I purchased but the instructions were cystal clear and it didn't take long at all. Plus its a great solution for us.

I've self installed SF Digital extensions on several sites and have found the process to be clearly defined in their support documentation. I love the products. They work!

Amazing service
I've used a couple of extensions from these and they've worked great, and the support is absolutely top tier. I would definitely recommend them. Reliable, fast response and just overall great experience.

The plug itself works all right, as expected, but they don't provide VAT invoice so I can't declare this purchase as a company expenses.. I mean, all the people that demands this service is a business that have an online shop, it's not for a personal website or a blog. I find it quite unprofessional and extrange that they refused to provide an invoice after o have emailed them twice. It would be ok for a guy working from his garage but not for a company that provides services to another companies..

I purchased the enquiry form plug-in in November 2022. It's broken twice since then. One time they helped me solve it, the second time, no reply... It's a legal requirement for my client to receive information from their customer before purchase. Not cool.

I'd looked into this before, but not actioned on it. So, when a customer pointed out that if he ordered delivery for a Sunday and we couldn't fulfill that obligation, then he must be entitled to some form or recompense.
Got onto SF Digital with one initial compatibility query, to which they replied instantly, placed the order and received the digital package the next day. Easy to install, excellent, easy to follow instructions and at last I have a date picker that actually works for our floral gifting site.
Next step would be a same day cut off time option and this would complete the package!
