I paid for an exercise challenge…

I paid for an exercise challenge program on September 13,2026. Based on the email information it was supposed to begin today, September 14,2026, however, I never received the exercise program. I paid $28 for access to the program. I want my money refunded based on the fact that I didn’t receive what I paid for and I wanted to begin the challenge today. Sexyandsnatched.com and Fitnessbeyondforty.com. I never received an email with my workout plan. My mother referred me and we were both about to begin the challenge together.
