Love it, easy to install.

Ordered one product, received another. Was supposed to be sent additional missing part and refunded the difference because I didn’t have time to wait for correct product to be reshipped...never happened. Now their phone doesn’t allow you to leave a message and they neglect to respond to emails. I would avoid this vendor the couple dollars of savings vs a reputable and honest vendor isnt worth it in the end. It’s sad that many online businesses such as this one lack integrity and customer service especially since given they do t advertise they depend on word of mouth recommendations for new business. No recommendation here but I will be sure to update should things change.

The time was never an issue for me. But not knowing where the order was, was an issue. And not hearing back after emailing you, made things worst.
Anyway, I think I have to apologize for not seeing your message before 4 days (the message was through your site, did not come through regular mail).
So I want to change to 4 stars.
Having the tracking info and the feeling that there is someone who overlooks when problems occur, is what I was hoping for.

The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars is that I never did receive any tracking information. Otherwise, I will gladly make future purchases from SSO. Especially when some of the more expensive items are on sale and save some money.

The customer service rep was great. The videos I watched helped me understand what to expect and how to install.

Got exactly what I wanted and very quickly. I will use them again no question.

great product! This is my second order with sexswingoutlet.

We like it alot, and it mixes things up in the bedroom. The only thing that could be fixed is one of the straps that is for the back could be made to be shorter, I'm short and when I sit in the swing I'm laying down , which isn't to bad just not made for a short person.

Ordered the Screamer, ordered an extra set of cuffs without knowing that the Screamer comes with 1 set. Received an email from company asking if I still wanted extra set or refund. Never got my money refund nor did I receive the extra set but I paid for them. Created a ticket 8 days ago to resolve the issue, still no contact from the company to resolve the problem. Very poor customer service and now down by nearly $80 and no extra cuffs. Customer service number goes right to voicemail refers you to email their home page and hangs up. Find another company to purchase from. If problem gets resolve, rating will change

It arrived quick and disclosed properly, Wife loves it, and said I should have purchased this item way sooner..

I purchased a swing and it didn't come with the headrest as it stated on website. Contacted vendor back and no response then finally they said to send a pic of what was recvd did that and still no answer I will never order from them again.

I just love the fetish bondage swing I have very comfortable only thing is I don't have a head rest .that's a must I must get it

The order was accepted, but all of the other outlets keep in touch and send you shipping information including tracking number. This outfit does not keep in touch. When I called them they were fantastic in their response, but had no information to share. I had only ordered a head support, so was not very invested in the project, but had I ordered something of greater value I would have been very uncomfortable. They need to get up to date, give the customer shipping information and tracking information.
