just to let people know that payment would not go through and emailing elicited no response

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 parts for my machine. Paid about €30 to have it shipped from USA to Ireland. Followed the tracking and when it landed it Dublin it was sent back to the USA.

I was then told (after having to constantly follow them up) that they couldn’t deliver to my address and that I would have to repay that shipping cost if I wanted to “try again”.
The agent “Amanda” couldn’t have be more unhelpful with one sentence responses over the course of trying me to resolve it.

Don’t recommend. I would’ve been quicker hand sewing my projects than waiting for even a response from their customer service agents

I was having difficulty ordering from France due to PayPal not forwarding the desired UK shipping address.

I messaged the company and Dawn was extremely prompt in responding and very helpful, coming up with an easy workable solution. She was very patient with me as I wrestled with PayPal.

The item was shipped the same day and arrived the following day!

Excellent customer service and shipping. The item is in extremely good condition on receipt, untested as yet.

Paid for & D/L a sewing machine manual....which ends at page 10 WTF !
I think I have figured out why too, because the information regarding oiling the machine is to be found on page 11-12 (it actually refers to this in the part I downloaded.....for £4.95); you have to pay extra to get simple advice that was originally provided free with the FULL-manual supplied by the manufacturer; like one of those bit-part magazines...so you will get a complete manual....after paying out 52 payments of £4.95....sounds like a rip off to me.

I am new and just getting into the sewing hobby. I have found an old sewing machine that we bought from TJ Hughes when it was still around. And then I realised I needed a different kind of presser foot for the specific project that I wanted. I was looking on ebay because it was the first avenue for me, but alas, there was nothing. After searching through my search engine I happened to land on the Sewing Parts website. I have no idea how the owners of this business manage to pull that off, but they have all sorts of sewing machine parts for even the oldest models! It is truly incredible and I am very happy that they put in all this effort. I haven't interacted with them but the shopping experience was very smooth. The site, though looking quite dated offers the necessary functionality and the checkout process was also incredibly smooth. I received the presser foot for the Brother sewing machine today and I am very pleased with the experience from start to finish. I will be coming back here if I need more specific parts for my machine! Not sure about the digital manual downloads but for the sewing machine parts I can confirm that they are great and I had no issues ordering and receiving what I was after.

Just like others, paid for a digital download manual and the process didn't work. Got through to someone who even phoned me back but still no download link so it's help that it no help at all. £4.95 for something someone scanned in once and now sells repeatedly - money for nothing but still can't deliver.

Had a button foot for an older Janome, arrived quickly, no issues at all, many thanks!

Before placing an order I contacted Dawn by email because I had read the recent negative review. She responded quickly and was able to reassure me that the company is legitimate and trading normally.
I ordered the part I required on Monday and it arrived by Royal Mail 24 on Wednesday.
I am very happy with the service I received.

Paid for manual for Melodie 70 sewing machine will NOTdownload, and tried phoning and number comes up foes NOT EXIST!!! Takes your money snd get NOTHING FOR IT BEWARE!!!!

Very good service. Order arrived promptly and in perfect condition (I ordered a walking foot for my machine). Unfortunately, shortly after the order arrived my machine broke down before I could even make use of the foot. I contacted the team to ask if they would consider refunding the item as I was not planning to buy the same machine model and thus it was now surplus to requirement. The team replied promptly and agreed to a refund which I received within a few days of sending the item. I will be purchasing from this company again. Many thanks

I'm quite new to sewing and was struggling to find a zipper foot that would fit my machine but this website was perfect. It had all the presser feet clearly labelled so I knew which one to get and it was delivered quickly. I will be using this website again in future for sure! I'm also happy that I was able to support a small business rather than going to Amazon

Brilliant service from this company. I easily,and happily, found the part I needed on the website for my 40-odd year old sewing machine. I ordered it late on the Tuesday night and it arrived so well packaged (& eco friendly packaging too) on Thursday morning! It works perfectly and my machine is now working better than I remember! So great to find a good, old fashioned company offering a good, old fashioned service. Now I don’t have to give up on my mum’s treasured sewing machine. Thank you so much 😊

I emailed asking if they could supply a foot pedal for my 46 year old Frister Rossmann (bought for my 18th birthday) - Dawn replied asking me what the problem was with the one I had, after which she explained in simple straight forward language, and supplying a picture for reference, how to fix it. No-one else who had looked at it thought it was fixable. It now works like a dream again. This saved me a considerable amount of money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FIRM

With my Frister Rossmann sewing machine aged 45 yrs, I didn't expect to find a replacement foot pedal.

I bought a Singer overlocker foot for my machine from this site at a great price and no P&P. It arrived within the expected time and was the right product. It doesnt come with instructions but hey - that's what YouTube is for!!! Very happy with my purchase

Ordered a foot pedal for my sewing machine but I was sent wrong one. I emailed company who were very apologetic and arranged to forward the correct one which I received a few days later. I returned the first pedal and I was refunded the cost of the return immediately. Very helpful and I would not hesitate to order again from them

This website looks official, but be warned, all communication is done through a third party, and it is not possible to get direct contact with the seller. They sent me a part which I did not order, and when I said it did not fit my machine, the advice was to push harder to make it fit!!! Had I done so something would have broken, and then what? I am now out of pocket by having to pay return postage and having to wait for a refund, which I only received when I chased them. Their e-mail address has been made to look very similar to another website I have since found called 'Sewing parts online', which I believe is a genuine business and has received excellent reviews. 'Any problems' are dealt with by 'Dawn'. It is all very casual, and I think this could be a scam. Luckily I paid by credit card. My advice to anyone is to avoid them like the plague, and find the parts you need elsewhere.
