I purchased a bag and paid an additional £12.00 for Next Day Delivery, as I needed the bag to arrive quickly. After two working days, I had not received the bag, and so I contacted Seventh Vegan to query when I would be likely to receive this. To this day, I have still not received any reply to this email.

After a week had passed, my order had still not arrived, nor had I received any communication or dispatch updates. I then contacted my bank to recall the payment as Seventh Vegan did not respond to my emails, and I had still not received the bag that I had paid for.

Fortunately, my bank refunded the cost of the bag and the additional fee for the Next Day Delivery. However, to this day, I have not received any communication, or order cancellation information, from Seventh Vegan, despite my bank recalling the payment.

I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this website in the future. It operates more as a scam, than a genuine retailer.

Order two bags. Both were great quality and discounted. Packaging was sufficient to keep them protected and easily recyclable. Only deducting a point as there was a delay to confirming dispatch, which worried me due to the amount I'd spent and having no previous experience of the vendor.

This is the second bag I've ordered from Seventh Vegan - it's much lovelier than it looked online, and got a great discount, so very happy. Delivery super fast and packaged beautifully. Couldn't be happier.

This is the most beautiful Vegan bag I have found, it arrived beautifully packaged and very quickly , will be happy to buy from Seventh Vegan again

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review as they make it impossible to return products, despite stating that they offer free returns.

I emailed them 10 working days ago to request a return but they have not responded. I also sent a follow up message through the form on their website, and tried to call the number on their website multiple times but just got sent to voicemail. They also say on their website that that they will do their best to respond to messages within 24 hours but it has been almost two weeks with no response.

This is really disappointing as I love their ethos, and the products are beautiful. But be aware that if you want to return a product they make it impossible due to complete absence of customer service.

Really lovely crossbody bag with iridescent colours, and a silver purse, both bought for my girlfriend for her birthday and she loves them. Really light and decent room for everyday stuff. Great shop for quality vegan bags and accessories!

I ordered two hand bags a few weeks ago. When they arrived I was blown away by the packaging alone before I even looked at the bags. I wasn't disappointed, the handbags are beautiful and I will definitely order from here again.
