The knowledge of Andy & Tim and their speed to support with advice and fixing things is really stand out.

I bought an Oxted half hood which had an issue in that the rear straps were not long enough. Andy sorted this straight away by getting the correct set from Oxted and posting to me.

As soon as I arrived at Sevens & Classics I could see the 2 cars I had enquired about were out and in the middle of the immaculate showroom seemingly ready to be driven out straightaway for a test drive. Even though I didn’t have to make an appointment I did call to check on the cars of interest and so it was good to see that they were actually prepared for my visit. This is more than can be said for other places I’ve visited that even needed an appointment. As first impressions go this was a good start.

I wasn’t made to wait as Andy was attentive from the start. He was easy-going, knowledgable, and patient and, thankfully, didn’t feel the need to interrogate/qualify me as a “real” buyer before taking me out for a test drive. Needless to say, I found the whole buying experience very enjoyable from start to finish and ended up buying my first Caterham 7 from him safe in the knowledge I’ll be in good hands should I need any support or advice. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were happily answered - just how it should be. Good job, highly recommended.
