The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, they hung up the phone without allowing me to fully explain my concerns or ask questions. They also failed to explain the options available to me as a customer, which was very frustrating.

The level of customer service I received was unacceptable and far below what I would expect from a professional taxi company. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a taxi service, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. I asked for the manager, he was even worst.

I’m so angry how my wife who is a local care worker was appallingly treated by the management of Beeline Sevenoaks. She relies on their service which was cancelled because she made a one star review complaint. I’m taking the matter up with my MP and Sevenoaks taxi Licensing. I’m so angry that this company is allowed to operate with impunity.

Taxi turned up late and then was charged nearly double the normal rate

Driver was helpful and courteous got a text when it arrived and a nice automatic call as well!

From the very beginning of enquiring about booking a taxi to the journey, excellent service. Prompt replies, helpful, polite, professional.
My elderly aunt and uncle said their driver was lovely and a good driver. I was contacted to say due to heavy traffic they would be a little late to pick up for the return journey and offered their apologies. I would have no hesitation in recommending Oak taxi's. Excellent value for money. Thankyou for taking care of my folks Oaks.

I booked a taxi online with Beeline Taxis to Gatwick for £70* last week (*as detailed on their website) ,... taxi was on time, journey ok, but arrived at the airport only to be told by the driver that the price was £85. I said the price online quotes £70, and I only had £70 cash, so the driver rang the office and the woman who answered said, the price IS £85, it’s £70 from Seven Oaks, but an additional £15 to come to my pickup address! So why don’t they say the prices on their website are ONLY from Seven Oaks and why didn’t they give me a revised price when I booked the taxi ??! Other taxi companies quote one price from the whole area without any hidden charges. I wouldn’t have booked with Beeline if I had know the final price as I could have got cheaper elsewhere. In the end I had to pay £85 by card to the driver. BEWARE OF EXTRA COST! For this reason I will not use Beeline Taxis again

This company is also know as beeline taxis which work around the sevenoaks area. Avoid at all costs!!!! Prebooked a long journey the day before and got quoted £65, still more expensive than the journey to sevenoaks but decided to book anyway, plus I got promised that cos I confirmed with them they will lock in the cost. I have a 12 month old and didn't want the hassle.by chance I tried to confirm with the driver the cost of £65 before we departed. The driver told us that the office confirmed £95, I call the office on my mobile to which they apologise and confirmed that it was in fact £65 and it was a mistake and that they would contact the driver to tell him. After a few minutes of us explaining to the driver the situation and no call, the driver speaks to the office via radio, to which the office replies £95, don't tell them until you get there.. We also had a 12 month old falling asleep in the car seat. If I could not give even 1 star I wouldn't but had to for this review. Please don't not fall for this trap, they assumed that cos the journey was long and we were in a small town we had no choice... 5 minutes later we got a taxi for £55
