Having never had an injury before,
I suffered a foot injury earlier this year. It was not broken or fractured, but a ligament injury/tear. It was really frightening and painful and I felt lost. I was not able to walk. I booked a few sessions with Stefan and not only did he provide reassurance, he is really helping with my journey to recovery. I’m getting my mobility and confidence back. Stefan is a professional and very knowledgeable and personable with it.

I would definitely recommend Stefan, he as been treating me for various complaints. The treatment I am given and him explaining exercises to do at home , he as time for you and puts you at ease!

Stefan has been very punctual with timekeeping which was needed in my case as I'd often use my lunch break for my appointments. I was in agony for my first couple of visits and felt that care was taken when trying to relieve my injury, as the weeks progressed I felt so much more comfortable and by the end of my phisio. On top of that the friendly nature of Stefan on every visit was a bonus. Many thanks 😊

Steff has sorted problems out for me previously so it was a no brainer to go back and seek his professional skills for another issue.
As usual Stef delved into the history of the problem to gain a thorough understanding, from that point on he eased the symptoms and signposted me to his recommended path to a complete cure.

Booked for a physio session after having back problems for a long time and getting no joy at the doctor's, one visit and Stefan was able to locate my problem and give me advice on how to deal with it, no problems since, but I will definitely go back if there is.

I’ve been having Physio with Stefan since my back surgery at the end of January, with out his help I don’t think I’d be as far in with my recovery. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in layman’s terms and what precisely you need to do to aid recovery .Thanks Stefan.

After a RTC I was feeling pain and tightness in my Neck,Shoulder, lower back,Wrists and Hip. I started treatment with Stephan on a weekly basis who gently but firmly massaged and manipulated my injuries. Stephan elways explained my treatment to me and gave me exercises to perform between treatments. I feel without Stephans expertise and patience my recovery would have been much longer and more painful. Stefan is very friendly and good at his job. Any time my back has had a problem he’s sorted it in 2/3 sessions and he doesn’t push for more if it’s not needed

I broke my leg 12 weeks ago and with Stefan’s guidance and help , I have managed to make a lot of progress with my rehabilitation and am cycling and walking normally again .
He was very encouraging and gave me the appropriate advice and exercises at progressive stages of my recovery.
He is a friendly and approachable therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking help with their mobility.
