I attended Stefan due to suffering from sciatic pain. He knew straightaway what the problem was and after a couple of sessions and exercises at home, the pain went away. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish I was made to feel at ease. He was very professional but also was easy to talk to during my session. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt ok and explained everything that he was doing. Over he gave me a good experience given the situation I was put in with my accident. Would highly recommend this company as they are flexible in meeting your needs.

I saw Stefan after the NHS showed no interest in helping me with a hand problem I'd had for 18 months putting my pain and lack of strength down to age and wear and tear and something I should live with.
Stefan was recommended to me and I'm SO glad he was. He is highly personable, putting me at my ease immediately and instilling a feeling of trust in him.
As a woman in her 50s I'm sadly getting a bit used to being patronized & dismissed when trying to access health care - not so with Stefan. I was treated with respect and care, listened to, understood, and helped!

My mother ran the physiotherapy department of a hospital for countless years and I spent many a school holiday as a child in the department watching her work with patients (different times!). She was hands-on, touching, manipulating, explaining exercises, giving patients time, actively using her knowledge - not an experience I've ever had with what passes for physio in the NHS these days - often just a phone call and an emailed sheet of A4 exercise.

Stefan reminds me of my mother. Old school, quality, real physiotherapy. Thanks to his manipulations and exercises over 4 weeks, I now have full function of my hand again and pain that is receding with every passing week. I can't recommend this chap enough, he's worth every penny.

Since breaking my ankle 18 months ago I have struggled to walk properly which started to affect my knee. Rather than ending up with problems in both I decided a physio was the answer. Stefan has given me the confidence/exercises and manipulation to walk without fear. Fab physio and lovely guy would highly recommend

Occasion and I have to say he as help me with my back issues so much I can’t thank him enough I first went to see him
When I was so bad I was struggling to walk after a few session I was so much better amd by the end of treatment i was walking again pain free and able to get on with my life he as also given me exercises to do hopefully to keep my back issue at bay I can’t thank him enough

I had a total knee replacement and Stefan was my post op physiotherapist. During my visits, Stefen treated me with respect and dignity during the physical knee assessments, I was well informed on my progress. He listened to my concerns and gave me exercises to help build my muscles during recovery. I felt safe and cared for during my time with Stefan. I will definitely use him in the future.

Over the course of five sessions, Stefan provided treatment for my shoulder complaint.
I cannot recommend his service highly enough.
There was significant improvement through attending the sessions and following the prescribed exercises. Upon completion of the fifth session, we mutually agreed additional sessions would not be required, unless there was a regression.
I am delighted to report that my shoulder is now back to normal and free of pain.
Stefan is not only an excellent physiotherapist but also a really nice bloke.

extremely professional, sympathetic, and friendly

Stefan is great, friendly and very professional, I had a car accident and needed physio. After assessing me and doing the work needed I was back to normal in no time. If I ever need physio work again I will be calling Stefan without hesitation.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in the front and both sides of my left knee in August and referred for physio at my doctors surgery. The physio I saw was from a large practise in Sheffield but did not practise hands on physio. I was in extreme pain at the time and was given a list of 13 excercises to do, none of which were explained. Luckily as I've done a lot of keep fit I knew that I would be unable to complete the majority of them due to my pain and lack of movement in my knee. Enter Stefan who used hands on physio to manipulate and massage my knee, returning movement to a very swollen and painful knee. I left my first visti with 3 excercises all of which Stefan went through with me. This increased to 4 after a few weeks., but again fully demonstrated. Although I could not get pain free with physio alone I cannot recommend Stefan enough. I've now taken the decision to move forward with a steriod injection but will contact Stefan as soon as I need any help. Not only a fantastic professional, but a really good guy. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a physio.

Great communication, very flexible and accommodating with appointments and a quick diagnosis of the problems ensured my recovery process began almost immediately, highly recommend.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why! The service is very professional and so reassuring and friendly. I never thought I would be free of knee pain again after suffering for 6 months but after a month of treatment I'm walking pain free again, Thank you

Had a trapped nerve in my neck spoke to Stefan he managed to see me same day great from start to finish and walked out feeling a lot better and less pain… thank you deffo recommend.

What a lovely chap Stefan is. Took the time to explain everything as he went along and sorted my pain out in just two sessions. Highly recommended

Stefan made me feel very comfortable at the clinic. He was very patient and listened to everything I told him. I was very nervous for my first appointment but by the end of it I felt very good due to been well looked after. Stefan is very knowledgeable and managed to help sort my ITband issues out :)

Absolutely great guy, super friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted my trapped nerve right out and gave me tips to cope and help it. 2nd injury I’ve had and gone to Stefan both times and both have been excellent

I would highly recommend visiting Stefan, every time I have visited with different back or shoulder issues I have left after just one appointment feeling some relief and after a couple more been totally pain free. A very welcoming environment and excellent discussion to get to the cause of the pain. I now regularly attend to stay pain free.

I've been visiting Stefan for many years now with my back problem,he always tries to fit you in when your suffering.My problem will never be solved but he always gets me mobile again when I'm suffering and keeps me going.Just before Xmas I could feel it coming on so I asked him to squeeze me in so I could enjoy Xmas which he did.From the day I met him I felt at ease as he's so friendly and welcoming and from the reception to to therapy room is spotless.
