Seven Corners buying process was good
Seven Corners has reasonable rates. Nothing went wrong on our trip so we did not have any claims so I don’t know how they would be on actually filing a claim. So I gave them 4 stars, not 5. What we experienced in the buying process was all good.

It was a pretty straightforward experience. I’ve used them multiple times now, and they provide comprehensive insurance coverage. I’ve never had to use them.
The application process is quite seamless, so I’ve kept using them for that reason.

Wonderful support
The people I worked with in deciding the level of insurance to purchase were wonderful. The insurance is expensive but worth it when you consider everything that can go wrong while you're on vacation, especially as an older person.

Waiting for someone to call me back
I've been emailing 4 times already explaining that my plane was cancelled twice and I had to pay out of pocket for three days at a hotel and also pay out of pocket for transportion that was prepaid and was not refunded, but no one has gotten back to me to go over this case. I was in Japan during a typhoon and I hope these extra costs are reimbursed. Please call.

Italy trip
My wife and I traveled to Italy for an 11 day trip. I contacted seven corners and found that they were very easy to work with and their pricing was excellent. It was a very easy process to follow and the customer service rep was knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this group to help insure you while traveling if any emergency health needs arise!
