Sevalla gave me a very bad impression. I tested it using Kinsta, but then had to connect to Sevalla's database. When I shut down the service on Kinsta, the Sevalla database wasn't deleted along with it, and Sevalla continued to charge me. When I contacted Sevalla's support email, but never received a reply. Then I contacted Kinsta's service, and they said Sevalla was separate from them and could only forward my request to Sevalla, but Sevalla still didn't respond. They charged me for three months; please, Sevalla, refund my money.

I have been hosting my website and some services with sevalla for almost a year and their service is amazing. Had to reach out to Customer Support today, and my problem was solved quickly.

Have only been doing some testing with Sevalla but the experience so far has been amazing. Really simple deployment platform with great user experience and seemingly robust service and infrastructure. Had a really great experience with support, was having a small issue that they investigated thoroughly, ended up finding a small bug in their platform and fixing it all with the space of a few hours.

Peter was an awesome star in fixing my problem. Being a somewhat newbie to using Sevalla he located the problem in my app and suggested how to fix it. After a couple of attempts it worked. Can't rate this service highly enough.

Exelent service, like i had a issue and i contaced the staff and they we so nice about it and resovled it also it is like really reliable too and i would say atleast for small scale business it is really cheap

Unlike most modern hosting platforms Sevalla actually has support. Not just support but proactive support - they saw me set something up incorrectly and the live chat team I'd said hi to earlier about something else immediately contacted me and let me know what to do. As someone rarely uses this kind of platform it was amazing to get something up and running so quickly and have help getting it done.
