And the product is amazing without any flaw

Absolute SCAM!
Be warned. I made an order for a watch strap almost two months ago. Nothing ever arrived. Tracking is not working and no info for over a month.
I’ve attempted to reach out to the company multiple times with no response ever!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CONPANY OR YOU WILL BE ‘SCAMMED’ and lose your money….

Received my Red Applewatch strap and had an issue and tried to contact them

ZERO response for 4 days - no acknowledgement or reply....TERRIBLE customer service - stay away from purchasing anything from them!

Made an order, that I never received and no response from any communication channel.

So either they are extremely busy or its hoax site.

I bought a watch strap from this company. Delivery took about two weeks to the UK. When it finally arrived, the strap was very small and stiff making it unsuitable for anyone with large wrists. I would say they are made for an oriental market. I immediately contacted Customer Service to ask for a return. That was three days ago. In the end I gave up and decided to write them a bad review. If you have thick wrists do not buy these products they are not designed for you and the customer service like so many Facebook advertisers, appears to be non-existent. Hope that helps.

Order BD#153682 never received. Company is a tiny overseas 3d printing out of someone’s back office. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Bought a iphone 17 case and it broke within a week. I tried reaching out for support and no one has got back to me in over a week.

Return is a nightmare. Almost as expensive than the food itself.
Don’t believe you can return for free, nor for a small amount. It’s expensive.
You will also need several email exchanges to finally get the address to return the item.

Band arrived on time. Easy to install. Looks great so far. Let’s see how it goes but at this point would recommend.

This edge protector makes my phone look and feel slim and not bulky. I like the color coordination I chose. Makes the phone look real cool!!!

Very happy with the bands I ordered! Love the magnetic snap! Only issue I had was tracking update. It had my package sitting in Linden NJ for 7 days without movement. Something I’m sure the company doesn’t have control over.
