Great service especially for overseas landlords

My Settio experience has been great from the start. The whole team is courteous, efficient and super helpful. Jerry was fantastic at helping with the completion handover. Fleur was also with me from the beginning and did a wonderful job of finding tenants despite it being close to Christmas! Amina and Samina have also be great helping with moving the tenants in and i look forward to working with them going forward.

Appreciation to my property manager

My property manager, Holly Keeney, always takes good care of my property, and give me advice standing on my site also which is fair enough. As an overseas landlord, I can not be there speaking to my tenant. She let me know the circumtances and explain patiently to me about the situation, which helps a lot for me to make the decision.

Marcus was very helpful throughout the sales process and even took the initiative to source for the required documents to try to move the process forward when it appears to be stalled. He was very professional and replies to our enquiries promptly. Overall it was a great experience with the letting and sales process with Settio, will recommend to engage them.

I have worked with Settio Property Management for several years, and this year in particular their support has been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond in handling matters efficiently, keeping communication clear, and ensuring issues were resolved promptly.

Sam went above and beyond by staying…

Sam went above and beyond by staying late for the viewing, even though it was after his working hours. He was extremely polite, humble, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He also kindly mentioned that he would assist me with the parking, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience smooth and pleasant. Highly commendable service.

Settio are always helpful and reliable. Particular thanks to the Accounts team who are always efficient, accurate and forgiving of any delay on my side. Also to my Property Manager Holly Keeney, who has always been kind and helpful. I hope everyone at Settio has a good break.

Liars, money grabbers

Rented with this company for 1 year, the estate agent said false information about the RePosit Scheme, said we wouldn’t haven’t to pay for wear and tear when we moved out due to paying 1 weeks rent for a deposit, however when we moved out we got charged for 2 breakages, and a cleaning fee. We had the flat professionally cleaned when we left, and when reviewing the inventory we had not actually broken anything ! They had charged us for things that were broken when we first moved in. The cleaning fee was ridiculously expensive, and when we moved in the flat there was toenails on the floor, dirty walls, and dust. So when we left the flat cleaner than when we moved in we were surprised at the charge. Have to pay £60 to even dispute the charges.

I wish to give feedback on Fleur Gasvini

I wish to give feedback on Fleur Gasvini at the Manchester office. She dealt with our apartment move soo quickly and efficiently, after a last minute change, as in literally 3 days before move in!!!
She has gone above and beyond in our tenancy progression process. She is quick and fast paced and really good at her job. She regularly kept us updated on any issues and we got to our apartment on the exact time and date WOW!! We can’t thank her enough , she literally saved us. Thank you Fleur for everything, you definitely delivered!!!!!!! AMAZING WORK! WOW!!!! She definitely deserves alot of credit for all her hard work :)

Terrible company

Terrible company. Does not manage the property. Very time there is a problem it takes months, not weeks to get an answer. Awful. I have had to deal with 3 management company in London and Settio is by far the worse.

I also do not understand how they have. 2100 reviews but have only 2200 clients on their website. Everyone wrote a review? Unlikely! Something is fishy here.
