Dreadful customer service. Not bothered
On the 2nd October I ordered a set list from these guys and on the order it said it would be shipped within 15 working days. I received an email on 4th October to say it had been shipped with evri but evri hadn't received it. I was happy to wait. After 15 working days evri still hasn't received it. I messaged on Instagram on the Sunday 27th October to see what was happening as this was 17 working days after the order and I was told that it was still on track to be delivered on time even though evri hadn't recieved it and it was 2 days after the agreed window.
The anonymous person answering on the Instagram was dreadful. He claimed that the item was still on track to get to me on time despite the exchange being outside the 15th day, he cancelled the order without asking, claimed that the email about it being shipped was a reference to them printing a shipping label not it actually being shipped. They are actually redefining the word "shipped"
I have no issues waiting for an item as long as I'm not being messed around. I'm now being messed around. Dreadful service.

Awful Cheap Product
Just taken delivery of my Bruce Springsteen at Wembley setlist. £30 + £6 P & P for a poorly printed A4 sheet which you couldn't even be bothered to frame! It just came with a crappy cheap frame and you have to do it yourself. What an absolute rip off. Don't waste your money with this company. Really awful product which cost pence to produce.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, in particular Emma. My item (mug) arrived damaged. No ones fault, it was very well packaged. I emailed late on a Friday night,Emma got back to me the next day,having already reordered my item She was apologetic and efficient. Each email Emma has been professional with a lovely warm manner. Could not ask for better customer service, a great company. If only Emma was the first person I spoke to at every company, life would be great!
Nothing Arrives and No Communication
Placed an order in the 16th September and now on the 25th October nothing has arrived. I tried emailing on the 18th October and got an automated reply saying my request was being "reviewed" but since then, nothing. Basically they have 5 days to respond and if they can't be bothered, then PayPal will be getting a refund request. They clearly have problems and have decided to go radio silent. Probably best to avoid them which is a shame because the order I placed in July arrived in 3 weeks and it was a great product.

AVOID this company. I ordered and paid for 2 mugs in August. 4 weeks later I had an email, apparently they were ‘shipped’ - but on the tracking ID, the Royal Mail is still waiting, 2 months later. I have sent repeated emails and asked for chats. I have had 2 replies saying they will re-send so I should have 6 mugs by now - but NOTHING. Very disappointed fans here. Asking for a refund - will I get one?

I tried to purchase an item from here this morning but unfortunately I had a problem during payment, I messaged and they replied straight away and they were very helpful when explained and they went out of their way to try and remedy it. Superb stuff!
Asked Wayne for a personalised print for my boyfriend for our first gig together and it didn't disappoint! Super speedy response, great communication, and even asked me if I'd like certain elements to be included in the design.
My boyfriend loves the print & can't wait to frame it! Gigs are a huge part of our relationship so the prints make a great little gift to keep as a reminder forever 🥺

Great idea, poor service
Placed order end of August for 2 gig posters nearly 2 months later and they have never arrived, would say communication is good they will respond to emails but after a lot of really sorry we’ve been really busy the order will definitely ship I’m still waiting, eventually had to issue claim through card company to get money back only to be told once again that they will 100% ship and send me the confirmation and shipping details. Guess what still not received :(. Products look amazing and gutted I never received the posters, sort it out.

Great sets by setlist
Good product and a wide range of shows. Got my son AC/DC Wembley this year for his birthday and includes ‘my first gig’ on it as a great souvenir. They are a small firm that is getting popular so may be odd delay but good contact from all staff Emma, Wayne and Frankie. Looking forward to my posters next.
Disappointed, wouldn’t order again
Disappointed with the wait time, and when the A4 posters arrived they were damaged. I emailed on the day and was told they would replace but were dealing with a backlog.
It’s now been two weeks since that email, no update or new order and has missed the gift date.
I have requested a refund as £30 on damaged posters post the birthday date are of no use to anyone.

Setlist did give me a refund for the items. I was pleased with the follow up customer service in terms of giving me a refund but I can’t change the main review as the items weren’t as expected.

DISAPPOINTED…After ordering on23/08 my order…
After ordering on23/08 my order eventually arrived 11/10 and to be perfectly honest it wasn’t worth the wait or money. My package arrived in tatters…..no exaggeration( photos sent to the company)
I will say the mug was fine but the posters were printed off centre and frames, only provided, were of poor quality plastic and perspex. I was extremely disappointed with the final product. The posters are definitely not worth the money even though it was buy 2 get one free!
Update……The above issue was sorted promptly by replacement of damaged items, thanks to Wayne.

UPDATE i can most certainly send pics shame i cant add on here!! and funny as soon as i post review they want to see pictures i was just told to send back at my cost for a refund by Frankie and no mention of sending pictures.

Excellent Quality posters
My posters arrived today and they are far better quality than I expected. Once I realised there was a delay I emailed both Wayne and Frankie and they were very very good at communicating the situation. Basically they are such a good company with quality items, and as a result, they are extremely busy processing the orders so they are taking longer than the 15 day predicted turnover time. Hang in there folks!! It's worth it!
A great poster.
I did have to wait awhile for delivery. However, Frankie replied quickly to my emails and kept me informed. I am really pleased with my High Flyjng Birds poster for 21st July at Warwick Castle. It commemorates the gig my husband wanted to go to and my birthday. Sadly my husband didn't get there as the big C got him first. When I saw it I couldn't resist. Thankyou for this wanted memory.
Frankie saves the day
Order placed at the beginning of September and was quoted 15 working days unfortunately the order was delayed but Frankie was a great help in getting another mug sent. 3 stars for the experience but Frankie gets 5 stars for helping
