All is good until you sign their paperwork and pay their upfront fee, once you do that your emails will be ignored (not just by the solicitor but also by their secretary), your case will not be taken seriously and you will be seriously overcharged. In many years, I have dealt with dozens of solicitor firms for various cases and this firm was the worst.
Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else.
