I liked the step by step process

I liked the step by step process. It was quick, easy and to the point. What I didn't like was they didn't disclose how much it was going to cost until after you've filled out everything. The costs should have been disclosed up front and made clear that the payment would come out of the refund. I waited until I had money to pay it not knowing that it would be taken out of the refund.
