The rapid turnaround was awesome

SetApartCF for startup audits and taxes
In 2019, we needed an auditor to comply with SEC regulations for Regulation Crowdfunding (RegCF). I interviewed several firms. SetApartCF understood startups and RegCF while most of the others were more geared towards accounting or working with large, public companies. It is 2024 and we've selected SetApartCF for our audits and taxes every year. They are a pleasure to work with. Recently, we needed help getting our audit report into our RegA campaign. The SEC required us to make several revisions to our offering and the SetApartCF team was a big help accommodating the SEC's requests. I've recommended SetApartCF to my peers and I know that several are using them.

Our experience with SetApartfs was satisfying.
Our experience with SetApartfs was quite positive. The team was very good and easy to work with. While the process took longer than we had expected, we of course share in a lot of that since it was our first time doing it and there were a few important misunderstandings that caused some incorrect assumptions about our business structure. But the SetApart team was really good with working through that, and the results were very satisfactory.
One thing that would have helped us, and a perhaps a suggestion for other customers to minimize confusion, is, please explain up front the specific roles of each SetApart team member. We interfaced with 4 individuals, and it took a while to understand who did what work on the case.
