After purchasing the vouchers I used them on Cineworld website and my booking was cancelled due to it being the wrong location. I have tried to rebook but it says the vouchers have already been used.... See more

Pointless you will end up paying more!
I’ve used service seats in the past and always wondered if I was actually saving money after the cinema sting you for the booking fee at the checkout.
Today I’ve taken my kids out. Looked online then thought I’ll use my Bluelight. On initial view I was saving £10s!! So naturally bought the vouchers. Then when I was checking out at the cinema they were adding £3 to each ticket 5 tickets in total. I ultimately ended up paying over what the cinema was actually going to charge me.
Pointless service and makes me wonder if using Bluelight is actually worth it.
Bought ticket with BLC
Bought ticket with BLC. When using the voucher I was charged the difference in ticket price by the cinema so no saving at all. what was the point. Useless.
Avoid using service seats.
Avoid using service seats.. they don't know what customer service means.. having raised a ticket twice in relation to refund due to cinema cancelling and they have refunded but somehow service seats support have vanished. This was raised using the on line support still waiting for them refund or what they are to do. Really angry as still waiting for support to get back to me and would not one anyone else to suffer
Charged twice
Thought I was going mad, then after googling why I have been charged by both cineworld and service seats - I see I'm not the only one. Such a pity as I thought I hit the jackpot of a deal, only to essentially be scammed. I've contacted them about a refund, hope they do the right thing. Blue light better get this in check.
Used Blue Light to see if I could save on Odeon tickets, but ended up costing a LOT more
Used Blue Light to see if I could save some money on some cinema tickets, so I was sent a voucher to use with Service Seats. I tried to use them, but couldn't, as what we were seeing was an event cinema. I saved them to use them to see something else and realised that this was, unfortunately, far from a discount and actually cost us a lot more. Odeon were selling the tickets for £6 a ticket, Service Seats for £8.35. I didn't realise until after purchasing them. Tried to get a refund, but they would not help, said I'd left it past the 14 days but explained that this was not a reduced cost or as described, but they weren't interested at all and just refused. Will never use this company again. Wish I'd seen the reviews beforehand. Absolutely poor value and poor customer satisfaction. Cannot believe Blue Light use them.
Disappointing
Didn’t actually make a saving once Odeon added a ‘upgrade’ fee to the tickets bought and a service charge. Was ripped off.

Didn’t actually make a saving once Odeon added a premium to the tickets bought and a service charge. Complete waste of time and energy
Worked perfectly
I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But managed to half the price of my partner and I’s cinema tickets. (Cineworld)
You don't get refunds
You don't get refunds. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
It's a scam
It's a scam. Used my blue light card to order the vouchers and in the end it costed more than buying direct from Odeon. Should be removed from the discount scheme.
I use service seats to buy tickets for…
I use service seats to buy tickets for the light. I have just saved £4.28 on 2 adult tickets. Check the prices at your chosen cinema before purchasing from service seats to ensure you are paying a discounted price as some cinemas do vary!
Feel scammed!
Bought 2 tickets for the Odeon but when redeemed code it would have actually been cheaper to buy direct from Odeon as they added a further £6 to the tickets even though they were just the standard seats at an off peak time
Literally worked perfectly - just read the 'how to use' section

I booked 5 tickets, £31 instead of £48 so can't complain!
I have screenshots to show, but can't attach it appears

Buyer beware!
I like others thought these would be legitimate tickets as I purchased them through the Blue Light Card website. The QR code and voucher codes arrived promptly by text and email but when I tried to book the Cineworld tickets the codes were not recognised. I have emailed several times and was assured that the vouchers were valid and that they would get Cineworld to contact me. Two weeks later and the vouchers still do not work. I even went to the local Cineworld to book the tickets but was rejected again, I was so embarrassed I ended up purchasing my tickets at full price in the end because the film I wanted to see was on a limited run.
Wish I'd read these reviews first
Wish I'd read these reviews first. Cannot believe blue light partner with this scam provider. Service seats should be shut down. Once I realised the Vue vouchers can't be used, I tried to contact service seats but funnily enough, they don't recognise my login, seemed fine when they took my money. Dreadful experience.
Shocking
Shocking, once they have taken your money for the blue light voucher there is no interest in any issues you have. Put ALL invalid tickets on blue light page and when you say "special events" not included also include events, as bookings on the websites are actually called events not special events, therefore technically it should be vaild for ones that just say events.
Wording is everything and nothing should be assumed with T&Cs. Don't just have them on your own page and word it properly
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Bought 2x adult tickets and 2x children's to use for Cineworld. Upon using them just minutes after recieving them, the children's voucher codes had already been redeemed at another branch (confirmed by Cineworld). And to make it worse it's been a week and two days, we've had no response from service seats, and when trying to book using our adult codes today, they have now also been used!!
This is the first time I've tried to use my blue light card to get a discount for the cinema and I've ended up paying double the price from having to buy tickets in the standard way on top of the cost of non existent vouchers! What a disgusting service.
Feel Conned
Have used service seats hundreds of times, don't think the issue is totally their fault, but if they know that Odeon are going to add a further £5 a ticket, which they never used to.
It would be good to say so, before you have useless vouchers if you don't pay the extra money.
It's cheaper and less hassle to purchase via Odeon themselves.
Though still terribly expensive.
£75 for 4 to watch the Minecraft Movie.
Went to use online and they…
Went to use my tickets online and they say they have already been redeemed. First time using service seats and now find out the code don't work?
Disappointed and by the looks of other reviews I won't get a refund either...
