THEY ARE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I made an appointment with garage to change tires, it was paid in full. When I came to the garage, nobody knew that the appointment has been made and the garage said that they stopped working with Serviceright years ago. I lost all my money.

Serviceright is unreachable at their phone number (it simply does not work) and emails sent to customer support email address are not being answered.

AGAIN: STAY AWAY, or lose money.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Booking not received by garage

Made a booking for an APK. Received an email stating the garage name and a time to hand in the car. When I arrived at the garage they had no record of my booking and refused service even after showing them the email trail.

Wij vinden het erg spijtig dat u een vervelende ervaring heeft opgedaan. Wat betreft de
communicatie had dat vanuit ons natuurlijk veel eerder met u gecommuniceerd moeten worden.
Daarnaast proberen wij een zo goed mogelijke selectie te maken en voeren wij
iedere zes maanden een controle uit op de klanttevredenheid van de klanten die onze
leden opdrachten bieden. Op basis hiervan wordt er een keuze gemaakt of de dienst van
het ServicePunt nog voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen van ServiceRight.
Hopende u hiermee voorlopig voldoende te woord te hebben gestaan.

do not trust their service

they just sent you somewhere where they don't know what their doing.

very bad car cleaning, car was more dirty afterwards.

they call you ten times beforehand because they are not knowing what they're doing.

if you complain they are not even answer to your mails

terms and conditions as offered on the website. Once an appointment is booked at
the ServicePoint then it is the intention that the ServicePoint and the customer comply with the agreements
as it is known at ServiceRight. The Service Point will carry out the work and is
therefore also ultimately responsible for the result. As soon as a complaint pops up
towards our Service Points, however, we would like to know about this, so that we as
platform can do our best to provide a
find a suitable solution. Because the ServicePoint is the executing party, unfortunately we are
bound to the maximum solution that the ServicePoint is prepared to offer.

Absolutely excellent service!

Absolutely excellent service with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone. The time from offer to service was fast with clear and effective communication. Very satisfied.

Don't trust them!

We were working with them as a software development company. In the end they didn't pay for the job we have done. Also, they contacted directly to our developers and asked devs to work directly without us. Very poor guys.
