False claim that I have subscribed to receive their emails

I have received an email out of the blue from this alleged firm, saying “we received a request to change your subscription preferences for ServiceOS”. This is outrageous. I have never subscribed to this firm and will never click on any link in any unsolicited email. All unsolicited emails are treated as scams by us and reported to the govt. Any firm bombarding strangers with unsolicited emails is not an honest company.

unlawful charges no consent or agreed fares for a subscription

Service OS charged me for a software that fantastic service impose on me with some charges that I never agreed on, all the money they took under pressure from Service OS team members who loaded me with emails and a the service manager at fantastic services who kept putting a pressure on me to pay for a service I never subscribed to, I requested a full refund of those unlawful charges, but service OS refused they also refused to provide any signed document on my behalf showing that I agreed to those charges. I am still waiting for a proof from serviceOs to show me a full breakdown of any subscription that I agreed on.

later on I learnt that serviceos was created by fantastic services or 1stonlinesoltion who took more than 50% of my income and pushed me to pay 39gbp for a software they created which is now separate company called service os.

I am writing again to request a copy of the personal data that you hold about me under Article 15 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act
