BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING NOWHERE WITH "CUSTOMER SERVICE" FOR MONTHS ON END. We have been using the software "PRO" since 2019 and it was pretty solid for a while. Now however, IT IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Practically zero customer service response, ZERO follow through, ZERO proffessionalism and no consideration for years of business. BTW, GPS doesn't work. I think they are going out of business. What a joke. Waiting for my pre paid subscription to expire so we can move to another platform.

I recently dealt with someone claiming to work with or on behalf of Service Fusion regarding SEO placements and marketing. They have not paid their invoice in the agreed timeframe.

I was also provided with an address for the invoice that is linked to previously unpaid invoices and non-payment behaviour within the SEO and publishing space.

The approach was made through a Gmail address claiming to represent Service Fusion.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend anyone approached for SEO work, marketing placements or guest posts claiming to represent Service Fusion to proceed with caution.

Dysfunctional and Unreasonable

My company used Service Fusion for about 2 years and most features worked but some key features like being able to read messages sent by other team members in Service Call.ai just didn't work. We had no idea whether someone had already answered that customer and it made us look like fools with our clients.
After the third price hike in as many years, despite no new features, I requested to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan. I was told that in their terms and conditions it requires that I notify them 15 days in advance for any billing changes. Then they refused to make the switch and started to deactivate my team's accounts, meanwhile our team is trying to get ahold of someone there. Finally a billing dept. manager answers us saying that our account will be deactivated until we pay for a year in advance and then we can make the switch to monthly NEXT YEAR. This company will take your business hostage for a variety of reasons.

The mere fact that there is not a portal for you to view your own Service Fusion plan and billing settings within a CRM PLATFORM is ASTOUNDING. (October 2025) After all they produce software for managing relationships and billing clients but they can't allow their own clients to access or to know what they are even being billed for. Also worthy to mention:
-They give 2 weeks notice for price increases (August 2025)
-The customer service queue can sometimes be hours long. I was in position #5 on chat support for 45 minutes during regular business hours
-They will not call you to resolve a billing issue, they will simply start turning off your user's accounts despite unanswered emails regarding the issue.

Overall do yourself a favor and stay away from this software, and if you're like me, get YOUR data out of their platform while you still can.

Avoid This Company

Avoid This Company – Misleading and Unreliable

I strongly advise against purchasing this software. The platform is low quality and lacks key features that were falsely advertised during onboarding. Many promised functions simply do not work as described.

When I requested a refund due to these issues, my account was deactivated, and while they initially promised a refund, they have since stopped responding. I am now disputing the charge with my bank due to their failure to honor their commitment.

Save yourself the hassle—stay far away from this company.

Update on Our Ongoing Issues with Service Fusion – Avoid This Company at All Costs

After three months of waiting for Service Fusion to properly set up our CRM as promised—with ongoing delays, lack of transparency, and misleading claims—we canceled our service. Since they charged our credit card for another three months just one day before our cancellation, we expected a refund, given that they had failed to fulfill their commitments.

At that point, we were suddenly informed of a "no refund policy"—something that was never disclosed at any point during our engagement. As a result, we were now out not only the initial three months but also an additional three months, totaling $2,500 CAD due to exchange rates.

We disputed the charge with our credit card provider, providing extensive evidence, including email chains and Service Fusion’s own publicly advertised guarantees on data migration and timelines—neither of which they met. The bank ruled in our favor, determining that Service Fusion did not meet the terms of the agreement.

Instead of honoring the bank’s legally binding decision, Service Fusion has refused to issue a refund and has instead sent our company to collections—an outright attempt to strong-arm us into paying for a service they failed to deliver.

We have now engaged legal counsel to handle this matter and will update this review once a resolution is reached. Stay far, far away from Service Fusion.
