New machine order implemented straight away after numerous problems with the one i had insured with them. Delivery within 5 days and old one taken away plus new insurance set up which is cheaper. Ashley was very polite and friendly plus efficient

Everything fell into place
Everything fell into place and they were open to negotiation when I wanted to upgrade my appliance. They also did a better deal with A. O. For support in removal, fitting and scrapping which came free of charge.

Resolved.
After submitting my previous review on Trustpilot (issues raising a claim as phone line doesn’t work), Service Box proactively contacted me.
Turns out they have technical issues with Sky Mobile (my network) which mean any calls to their claims line just cut out.
Collin in the resolutions team was excellent and dealt with my issues immediately. The 2 home emergency claims I had (a plumber for a bad leak & a locksmith for a broken lock) were dealt with straight away with engineers being sent out that day.
Collin was great and checked in continuously over the following week whilst work was completed (required a few visits for new parts) and to check it was all resolved.
The work was completed to a high standard and very happy with the results.

We are also pleased both home emergency claims were dealt with promptly, with engineers attending quickly and the completed work meeting your expectations.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Tried to cancel policy when moved house and left appliances behind. Guess what they put the phone down . So cancelled the dd.
They rang me demanding rest of payment - oh you cant leave before end of year, and made me pay up. They said cancel after getting cancellatioin letter so I did they said ring on day after last payment. Which is today I said thats a saturday she says its ok they are open. They aren't. So got to wait till monday. I bet they have started the new years contract by then. Been panicking about this phone call since they told me so got to panic all weekend now

Our plans are annual agreements, which is why the remaining payments on the plan remained due even after you moved house. During your discussions with us, we offered to transfer the remaining cover to another appliance that you still owned so that you could continue to benefit from the plan for the remainder of the term.
That said, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by you having to contact us multiple times regarding the renewal cancellation process. We appreciate that being given different instructions on when to contact us would have been frustrating, particularly when you were trying to ensure the renewal did not proceed.
Having reviewed your account, we can confirm that the renewal has now been cancelled and there is no need for you to contact us further regarding this matter.
We value all customer feedback and will be reviewing the handling of this case internally to help ensure clearer guidance is provided in similar situations going forward. We are sorry again for the concern and inconvenience caused.
