Would have liked to have given 5 stars as the people at Servevast answer emails in a timely manner and the smeg cooker hood buttons arrived in perfect condition. Removing one star because the item took 2 months to arrive without prior warning.

Would use this company again because they do answer emails and the product is legit, but would expect a potential delay due to stock issues (I believe the buttons we ordered may be somewhat dated, so wouldn't necessarily expect them to be on hand) if the thing being purchased isn't current.

Very good, although the part we purchased had to be placed on back-order, it arrived within the specified time-frame and we were kept updated on progress.

I phoned for an engineer to call on me and spoke to a lovely lady called Mary on 14/3/2024, I needed to send my proof of purchase receipt and as I am 74 years old and not very computer savvy she helped me through this process which was so kind. She then booked me a service call for the following day with an engineer called Dave who was also very helpful and polite. I have given this company 5 Stars as I have not experienced such helpful service before. Thankyou

very efficient service and helpful staff. The replacement clock/timer was compatible but had a different wiring layout. So I telephoned the Smeg spares operator at servevast direct who not only answered the phone but sent me an updated wiring diagram by e mail.

Ordered a smeg wok stand from servevast but my item was on back order customer services notified me of expected delivery date, when it was back in stock company notified me it would be sent out same day excellent communication. I received it next day well packaged and a original smeg product so happy I choose servevast, will definitely order from them again everything about my experience was excellent highly recommend
