I apologize but there was no notification at all about my VPS being down even the Servervy website was also down.

Same for me.
All sevice is down.
No support contact no ETA to get server up or no mail about service is down!!

everything is down, no email and no support available
i woke up and saw my server is dead, i visited there website but its dead too, i am unable to contact support as well

Terminated paid server

Terminated paid server. They no longer offer any services and terminated my running server that was paid for the next months. Also my account balance that is left cant be used since they made all services unavailable without notice.

Worst VPS Provider

Worst VPS provider I have ever seen, Support is very poor they don't reply properly to emails or support tickets, their reply time is too long, and they always provide blacklisted IPs when we buy new vps also. I am not satisfied please don't buy vps from here.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Issuedinvoice #684 for KVM VPS X0 (29/03/2024 - 28/04/2024) was paid. Managers cancelled it and deleted a service.
