Best support ever

Great hosting, and great support. I submitted a ticket regarding my server that after I rebooted I couldn't ssh into. I literally got it fixed within 2 minutes, and got a reply in 5 minutes stating the exact issue, aswell as the problem being fixed on my end. It was just a ssh key issue from my end, they were really kind, and gave me a whole step by step on how to ssh in with keys. I really enjoy the premium support, and free of charge for everything, awesome. They got me hooked just from the good support alone.

Servercrate experience

I tried servercrate out after seeing it on a forum, and it was like pretty quick to setup, it was sort of idiot proof, I had a question on how to put a mod pack on, and the support team got back to me pretty quick asked me what mods I wanted in a pack and made me a custom pack that they did the installation for in my world and tested it for me, even optimizing my world for the least amount of lag. W support W servercrate 👏

Amazing is all I have to say

Amazing is all I have to say. For years now I’ve been looking for a cheap hosting and this does it. Not only is it cheap, the perks you get with it are amazing. One thing I love about it is how easy it is for plugins to be added or uninstalled. 10/10 I highly recommend.

11/10 Server Hosting Love it

I’ve used a lot of hosting companies over the years, and I’m going to say ServerCrate honestly impressed me. The setup was quick, I love their panel, and support actually feels human, none of that corporate or AI shit. They helped me setup a custom optimization flag for MC, and the lag is near nothing, no hidden fees and it’s actually easy to setup, and so much control over the server. Btw they gave me a promo code when I reached to out to use on my order when I talked to support! Highly recommend!! 🫡🫡🫡
